Came to Vegas for an event at the T-Mobile Arena. Decided to stay at adjacent New York New York Hotel Casino for first time in about 12 years or more. Large King Room overlooking the Park District and T-Mobile Arena. Several dining choices in the hotel and within walking distance. Nice hotel in a perfect location.

We booked 2 nights at 2 nights in New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for my family. This is not our first time at this hotel, but it will be the last time that I order room in this hotel. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of our booking because our flights were canceled from Israel because of coronavirus. We call the hotel and also Hotels.com contact them and they were unwilling to cancel staying or move the stay date at all. The hotel manager attitude was disgusting and they only think about the money and don't care that we couldn't fly as Air France canceled my flight and I offer to share it with them. Too bad, but because of such an attitude they will lose a lot of customers

We were given a rather small room, but it was OK and had all the necessary facilities. We could see a view of the Strip and the hotel's rollercoaster. The room was cold with no method of heating, there was no bin in the bathroom and the noise from the sirens and aircrafts was very loud (maybe an investment into better triple glazing?). Overall our stay was lovely though, the location is perfect to walk along the strip, the check in & out was very quick and easy, The parking allows you to change between any MGM car park at no extra charge...which was very useful. The bars & restaurant are also very nice and good value, especially the pizza bar, the Crepes counter and the hot dog counter.

My wife and I came to Vegas for 311 day, 3 night concert. It was at the Park Theatre and NYNY was perfect for it. Close, easy to run over to (dinner ran late one night). The hotel has a great vibe and low key food choices - very different than the stuffy feel of Aria or Bellagio. My only complaint is the main floor ventilation. The other casinos do a great job of sucking the smoke out of the air but NY NY it is always super Smokey - you can smell it on the elevator as you come down to it. I wish they would do some work on that.

Great Location; Nice NY Themed Stores

Love the makeshift NY inside hotel that has various restaurants/bars. Check In and out were pretty easy. Was not sure if room had been a smoking room because it seemed to have a smell of a lot of perfume or sweet disinfectant. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, which we did not use, on our own. BUT, 2 nights in a row we could hear the couple next door in a screaming match. It was like they were in our room, almost. When we called front desk (at midnight) to report, no one answered the phone. 3rd night, different person next door and at 11 could make out her conversation w/ whomever was in room or on the other end of the phone. Resort Fees: I was aware of fees-can't get away from them. BUT, the pool was closed, no newspaper delivered to door, no microwave or refrigerator in room, no coffee pot with a few pods of coffee in room...All I got for my resort fee was WIFI.
