Not what I expected. It was a good experience but I would not repeat it. I prefer more personalized sites.
Expensive with no Coffee Machine In Room

For more than $500 per night, I'm outraged there is not even a coffee machine in the room forcing one to travel 28 floors down and stand in long lines just to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Astounding what some Las Vegas hotels get away with in the name of faux luxury!

No kettles or provision to make tea or coffee in the room. They charge 5 dollars to send hot water to the room. The rooms are over 300 dollars a night, this is a ridiculous experience. Just useless money making and cutting corners.
Old Mattresses

Difficulty checking out, couldn't get an actual copy of my hotel receipt showing that the charges were reconciled - very strange. Beds were uncomfortable, clearly older mattresses as both the queen mattresses in my room dipped/slanted so that neither bed was actually level. Overall, it's a nice hotel. For the amount they charged, it should have been better.

This is the Hapton Inn of Vegas. If you are looking for great service and accommodations lookk somewhere else.
