Ok but could be so much better

We usually stay at the Bellagio but this time we were travelling with the kids and needed a bigger room. This was recommended to us. The family suite was large but for us we felt it could have been better. There is a separate bedroom for the grown ups but the "kids" area was the one sofa being made into a sofa bed. There was plenty of room to have had x2 sofa beds or even a roll away bed (which we were told was not possible to be added to our room). The sofabed was not made up (other hotels where they know there are 2 kids staying have always had the bed made up for you). There was not enough linen and the actual sofa bed was sloping backwards so the kids would have been asleep with their feet in the air! Took ages for extra linen to be delivered. The rest of the room was large with dining tale; desk; seating area etc. I just felt that selling this as a family suite they could have put a bit more thought into it.
Very dirty room. Not worth the expensive price!

Stayed in one of their expensive suites, so you'd expect it to be top notch. Room was very dirty. Blood stains on the sheets. Room itself was very worn and is in desperate need of refreshing. Would never stay their again. Not worth the money. Stay away!
