Excellent property near the Universal Studios, shuttle service is a bonus! Great staff and service, especially at the Club Lounge! Matthew, Mary and Jose provided an exceptional welcome and made our trip even better!

It was an amazing experience, especially thanks to the hospitality given by Mr. Albino, Ms. Helen, and Ms. Angie, towards my family and I during our stay. Truly an experience worth repeating in the future. I look forward to coming back here due to how accommodating the staff were towards us.

DJ, Maria, and Albino (The breakfast team) made this entire stay incredible. DJ, especially, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and really exemplified the spirit of service and attentiveness you hope to find when you are away from home. Thank you so much for making us feel like welcomed, and honored guests.

This hotel is old and ragged. Literally falling apart at its seams. Our room had ripped up carpet, damaged walls, scratched handles…and it smelled musky like old soggy carpet. Only staying for one night so didn’t ask to change rooms (and can’t say if all rooms our like this or just ours) We did warn front desk yesterday that the room was in bad shape (and listed the things above) and that we’d be leaving a bad review. Seems like they’re okay with that :) He said he’d tell his manager who never reached out. As a platinum member I’ve stayed at a lot of Sheratons before and this is the worst one. Would not come back and do not recommend this place

Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and nice! I would definitely come back again! The staff in the lounge was really sweet, and the food was great. It was nice being able to wake up early and have complementary coffee and breakfast items!
