    This hotel is not friendly or even decent to handicapped. They put you in their "accessible" rooms in the basement. They look like a storage room with a bed. The shower doesn't work, lamps don't work and no hot water in the sink. I called the front desk, they said they would send someone- no one came. And only one elevator works. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay.

    The Sheraton was lovely. It was clean and the public spaces were open and inviting. My grandson loved the heated pool. The whirlpool spa was very clean, also. Our room, on the 12th floor, was spacious. The bathroom was very nice. I liked that there was a variety of pillows. The view out of the window was very nice, also. I would definitely go back.

    Close to Universal Studios

    When we do the amusement parks in SoCal, we usually stay in Anaheim and drive to Universal Studios but this time we stayed here for the convenience of being close to Universal Studios. They have a shuttle to take you to and back from the park. They say its a 10-15 minute walk but the shuttle was very convenient. Room was nice and they had a Halloween special so valet parking was the same price as self-park. The hotel was under construction, so some of the elevators were out. Better to use the elevators in the back side. Only complaint was the lighting in the room. Where there are several lamps in the room, none of them were very bright even when I turned them all on!!!

    Have stayed here recently and the rooms are nice and clean , I prefer the side away from the freeway , it can be noisy. I wish the elevators were working better they are quite slow and the parking garage it quite dirty a lot of litter strewn about.Great location !

    I am a loyal Marriott/Sheraton customer and this was one of the worst experiences of my life. We decided to valet our vehicle and upon leaving it took 1 WHOLE HOUR to get our car! From valet! And the Sheraton staff did not even care or try to do anything. They rudely told me to leave and to speak to the valet company. Apparently the valet company is run by TownePark, which is bringing down the standard of service at the Sheraton Universal. Horrible experience, horrible staff all around, and not what I expected at a Marriott/Sheraton.
