    We just came back from Cabos on an amazing vacation with our kids (1y, 3y, 5y). They enjoyed every single minute of the vacation, watching the whales from the beach, playing in the playground, and the kids pool that has super cool slides Besides that, service was super attentive, food was really good and the hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport. We are already planning to come back next year

    Highly disappointed: deceiving reviews

    I must say the reviews are deceiving. Upon arrival our room’s AC did not work, mind you, we were “upgraded” to a suite. The shower head was broken (no water pressure) and the next morning they did not clean our room because we were checking out according to them. I spent half of my birthday on the phone trying to have them either fix the AC or switch our room. Someone showed up while we hd lunch and left paper towels all over the chair and the AC wide open. Our phone didn’t work in the room either, so I was playing phone tag via my cell phone. Finally our room was switched, now the fridge was broken and the TV didn’t power on. The food was extremely bland, often cold, and the servers were just so overworked. We waited a long time to have a cup of water brought to our table once seated. The hours for food vary, most restaurants aren’t open, and the snack bar has little to no staff so you wait at least 20 mins for drinks/food. I wish I could say better things, but I simply cannot. I leave this trip so disappointed, and just want to acknowledge our waiters Diana, Gonzalo, and Vladimir who did the best they possibly could. This is not a 4 star hotel believe me, for someone who travels often, this has been the worst trip.

    The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Mr. Eduardo Acosta was great and made sure we were taken care of everyday. Food was delicious as well! And the view, of course, is like no other. We enjoyed every minute staying here.

    We were at the Krystal Grand March 24 - March 31. When we arrived we were surprised how close the entrance was to the noise of the main highway, luckily the resort is way back toward the ocean. Check-in went well and we got a beautiful room overlooking the resort, however it was right above the lobby bar and the noise of the bar and the highway was too much for us. The next day they moved us to a quieter room which was very much appreciated. The employees are very kind and helpful and work very hard. The restaurants weren't all open at the same time, but we found the Italian to be the best and ate there when it was open. The Grill was good when it was staffed, however I believe due to Covid they were understaffed and it was difficult to keep up. We tried the Mexican which was sub par, and tried the Japanese for my birthday dinner. If you are not a "Spicy" food eater you may not care for this. I was excited to try the Tuna Steak while not marked as spicy, the spice rub on the outside was way too much for me. and some sushi we had was even spicy. So that was a bit disappointing. The morning breakfast was always good. We enjoyed the Adult Pool area and met some lovely people. It was nice not having to worry about a Towel Card, and were able to just pick up towels when we needed them. We took a walk down the beach to "Zippers" and had a fun lunch one day. The complimentary Covid testing procedure was not too organized and took a long time as there were not specific appointments. at 4 pm about 50 people showed up and there was one person giving the test. I hope they can make that a bit more convenient in the future. All in all we enjoyed the helpful, friendly staff, the beautiful resort and grounds, the ocean and sunshine.

    Amazing trip!!!

    This trip was absolutely amazing, mostly due to the amazing staff. Efrain, Laura, and Jorge were our servers throughout our 4 days there, and their service was absolutely top notch/ I would give 10000 stars if I could. Everyone was amazing but those were the individuals that stood out to me. I also strongly recommend visiting Chef Bladimir at the Japanese restaurant if you want awesome service with a great show (he cooks in front of you). Overall my 25th birthday was soo incredible thanks to this resort and their amazing staff. Would definitely come back here!!
