Delicious food and beautiful views. Alex provided great service and made our honeymoon special! The staff were willing to take our photo too so that we could capture the moment with the sunset. Overall, would highly recommend if you want a romantic evening.

This was a family holiday which included my husband, me and our 2 daughters with their spouses. We stayed at the Preferred Club, and I highly recommend it. The Preferred Lounge was a few steps from our building and perfect for an early coffee or a quick snack. All the restaurants had amazing service, and we had virtually no waiting to get a table. We particularly enjoyed Oceana Restaurant - Ana, the hostess, and Emmanuel, the waiter, were welcoming and always remembered us. Special mention goes to Alvaro, the pool concierge, who ensured that we had shade from the umbrellas and was always helpful to answer questions. The concierge at the Preferred Lounge was excellent too.

The resort grounds were immaculate, the food was delicious. Every restaurant, we ate at them all, were really good. Service is exceptional. Our guy, Juan, was the best. We sat at the preferred pool for most of the week and we went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

Our visit to Cabo was perfect thanks to our stay at Secrets. Our room with a swim-up pool was absolutely stunning, meticulously kept and offered us comfort as well as luxury. My husband and I were likely the only two vegan guests at the resort, and the staff went to out of their way at every turn to make sure we were well fed and taken care of. Special thanks to Maria at Market Cafe for her bright and shining hello each morning, and the wonderful restaurant manager for his kindness and attentiveness. We were nervous at first about dining accommodations, but we were put at ease shortly after our trip began. Thank you Fernando- the best archery teacher in Mexico! We will not soon forget the fun we had. Also - special shout-out to Martín at The Patio for such stellar service and the ladies at Coco Cafe for the almond milk lattes! The drinks were fantastic! Ask for the “Mexican Candy” and the live music/ performers were lovely to hear. The opera singers, the bands at Rendezvous (the flute player- WOW!) I cannot recommend this resort enough and I hope to return on my next trip to beautiful Mexico.

Truly, every staff member deserves recognition. We will return to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos simply because of the extraordinary staff. Maria at cafe marketplace made coming to breakfast and lunch every day wonderful. She is absolutely delightful and made us feel like family. Mariana at the pool was super pleasant and always willing to chat with me as I practiced my Spanish. Marina at Cafe Marketplace was very nice and friendly. Fernando who we first met at the 60 year earth event and a couple of times throughout our stay made us feel welcome immediately. He talked with our daughters and remembered me and gave us good guidance on other beach options and the bike tour and the art tour. Speaking of which, Ivan at both tours was a remarkable young man. An outstanding tour guide and human. Juan at bell service was who took us to our room and carried our luggage. He always said hello throughout our stay. Chef Carlos for his food and for taking the time to come check on us at the 60-year earth event and at the Mexican fiesta event. 'Captain' Carlos was extraordinary and worked closely with my wife to make our daughter's 30th birthday wonderful at Portofino. Additionally, Karen at the restaurant was kind and professional along with Cristina who we worked with there and at the Mexican fiesta. I am ashamed to have forgotten our two table servers at Portofino. First, we were outside where Laura's sombrero was set up for our special table, and then we moved inside due to the cool weather. Both team members were awesome. Kelly our housekeeper always smiled and said hello when we saw here in the building and kept our room beautiful. Samantha at Coco Cafe was always willing to take a moment to chat with me in Spanish and just provided superb customer service. Patty was super nice from the day we got there along with Sergio and MaJo. As I opened with, we will return simply because of the staff. I spoke to everyone I could, be it groundskeepers, pool staff, wait staff, reception, restaurant staff, bell staff, concierge staff. It didn't matter. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, professional and courteous. My thanks to everyone. The food at every restaurant was superb. I was surprised at the quality for an all-inclusive resort. Secrets Puerto Los Cabos has set the bar high for any other all-inclusive resorts that we may ever get to stay at in the future. We stayed in a junior suite with a beautiful view of the ocean and the meticulously maintained grounds. We would like to stay in a swim-out suite the next time. They look beautiful. The grounds, the building and the staff made this an extraordinary vacation.l
