Paradise vacation

El Cid Resorts are beautiful and have staff who are extremely helpful and make you feel at home. I would recommend El Cid Resorts to anyone traveling to Mexico. I travel to Mazatlan several times a year on vacation and love it there.
Great vacation and all inclusive resort

We decided to spend Christmas at El Cid Moro Beach, and couldn't have chosen a better place! The food, rooms, view and service were incredible! Special thanks to our favorite cantineros Genaro, Felix, and Martin; they provided excellent service and suggestions for things to do. We will definitely go back!
Covid trip to Mazatlan, MX

The Covid-19 health protocols were amazing at El Cid . You could not have felt any safer. We were there from Sept to Dec and had our temperature taken every time you walked through a door plus hand sanitizer. We applaud El Cid for what they are doing to protect themselves as well as all their guests. Great job, keep up the good work.
A family/noisy hotel

As soon as I checked in I was assaulted by an El Cid Vacation Club employee trying to set up a time for me to attend their breakfast presentation. She would not leave me alone until I agreed to a date and time. This hotel is definitely family friendly, the pool was packed with kids. Room 4125 - the fan was so loud I had to shut it off, the bedside lamp didn't work and there was no hot water the next morning for a shower. I was moved to a room on the 12th floor, above the swimming pool (noisy). With the all inclusive plan you have to pay a $20 fee if you eat in the La Concha restaurant after 5:00. The La Plabano buffet in the Granada Hotel was fair, with half cooked burgers and dried out fries. The staff spoke poor English so communication was difficult. I do not recommend this hotel and will never go back there.

I felt very safe at ElMoro withe following health protocols implemented: 1. Masks were required for everyone within public areas This included guests and workers. I wish this would be implemented in US 2. Temperature checks were mandatory to enter buildings, restaurants and to play golf 3. Plenty of sanitizing stations throughout property. A few more could be added at pool areas 4 social distancing at restaurants were implemented by spacing out tables. Plus outdoor dining was available 5. transportation seats were limited to 6 guests at a time 6. Beach areas were roped off to keep vendors away from guests and workers 7. All buffets were served by workers and not guests Food was exceptional as always. I missed the themed nights at La Concha that were available prior to pandemic The drinks were excellent and plentiful I will be returning in 2021 for another safe vacation
