    Very clean hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff, nightlife is as expected at a resort, the food is amazing. Only downfall I had is the amount of seaweed on the beach, however the pool and hot tub made up for it. The environment is excellent for vacationing solo or with a significant other.

    What a fantastic experience at the Calypso restaurant! Ask for Janet’s and Ricardot They are the most fabulous, attentive and professional service person Which we experienced at the Calypso Restaurant. Special request are not a problem but if you want a fabulous fish dinner, the fried snapper cannot be beat. Ask for the extra sauce. I’m telling you you will not be disappointed.

    I stayed here for one night, for business meeting.The room cost me around 450$.(3216). This is a big family resort. Good beaches, different types of pools, bars and restaurants.. Food is excellent and top quality. Only down side I saw here, lack off professional customer service. Remember they charging 400$, so I am expecting high level of customer service, but unfortunately that never happened here. The fridge in my suit is empty with no drinking water. I need to call customer service number twice in 24 hrs to get water. Another issue i faced is noise. The kids stage entertainment was just 100 meters from my room. Huge noice, music full sound, playing around 9 pm. I am not against these programs. But this should be arranged far away from rooms. Not all customers are coming here for holidays. So if you come here as family, come and enjoy, but for business stay, I dont recommend.

    I would recommend all to come and stay here for a very warm, welcoming hospitable and fun along with great food stay. I promise you will not be disappointed, if you are then I suggest doing a self examination because I have not one bad word to utter about this resort. Vacation is not a place to come and complain and find reasons to have an issue. It's a place to lay your head and relax poolside with some festival and jerk and a little scotch bonnet. Hyatt is all of this. My family and I would like to give a grand thank you to ToniMarie, Savion & Keri Ann at the the Bar in the Ziva Lobby. We also love Kelly Ann, Travis and of course Kevon with the Z-Crew as there is never a dull moment. I wish I could remember the names of those who were working in the kitchen at Choicesz but thank you so much for serving us each and every morning with the best omelettes & french toast. I look forward to returning to this location soon for a third visit with my wife and family & friends. And a little side note. Can you please take into consideration making nice cardigans or blazers for the staff that are working indoors. Having the AC on is great but can't tolerate the AC at a certain degree. I love the staff and they deserve to be comfortable too as a result they will continue to provide good service to the customer's. Thank You Hyatt for always having your guest best interest at heart.

    3,5 star hotel,not good to be called 5 star

    I have been in a lot of all Inclusive resorts and I know what to expect from hotel with 5 star rating. 1.Service in a Choisez was horrible, especially if you sit outside,approximately waiting time for coffee or tea 20 minutes. 2.Workers is not nice at all, looks like they come to work to make me a favor,even if you tip them, kids club was too busy watching me filling up papers instead of trying to play with my daughter, left in 3 minutes, never came back 3. Food in buffet is very limited, yogurt was only in a bowl, no individuals, fruits was not edible and limited. No berries, take to go only bananas available. 4.No a la cart breakfast 5.Restaurant was good, food was delicious in Di Rosa and Brazil restaurant. 6. Pool is good, but one jacuzzi has no stair and it's difficult to enter and exit. 7. Service by pool bar was ok, if you ask them for a wine it can take 10 mins, they need to go and get a bottle from somewhere. 8.Prices! They want make money from everything coconut 5$, cabanas 69-100$, lobster and wine. I have been in 4 stars hotel and they didn't charge money for that. 9. Bring your tanning lotion, I did and it was a right move, but I check in there store a price 34$, in New York price is 6.99. Kids toys, balls, hats bring it with you, prices are crazy. 10. Room was very clean every day 11. We have been in Hyatt Ziva in Mexico and we love that hotel and will go back, we booked Hyatt cap cana in DR for our next trip. But I will not back to Jamaica. 3.5 stars hotel.
