Given the price, I didn’t expect luxury. But still, I was disappointed with some basics that I expected. Pros: - beach is pretty nice - security is good Cons: - Had zero WiFi in my room - which can be dealt with very cheaply. WiFi for the resort cut off multiple times, including for a five hour stretch - Water cut off multiple times, including between beach time and dinner - restaurant is very slow and much more expensive than something like the nearby Margaritaville, but w worse food (though food was ok) - Marijuana smoke everywhere. I have no problem w people using marrijuana, but I don’t love the smell. It was very hard to avoid, whether at the beach or at the hotel grounds. My kids had a ton of second hand smoke.

We have been to Jamaica 65-70 times over the last 35 years, stayed at "many" resorts during those years........Then we found CoCo........ It is the best run resort you will ever stay at.......The Location, the Rooms, the Staff, the Food, Everything is top notch all the way.......Thanks CoCo for being CoCo !!!!!!!!

I loved every bit of this place. We checked in at night and initially wasn’t a fan of the place. The following morning I fell love. Walking out of my room and seeing the beach and the view made my experience. The food is amazing and the staff is exceptional. It’s my favorite place in JA. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place.

Location, food and people were all amazing! I have been to Coco LaPalm Sea Side Resort in Negril, Jamaica several times and will be going back soon. I am never disappointed with anything neither the people nor the food. They created such a personable atmosphere that will work for a single person, a couple, or even a family. The location on the Seven Mile Beach is perfect. Fresh towels are always available. There are lots of awesome choices for breakfast and on my last day I decided to have my breakfast directly on the beach. I am about to start planning my next visit to Coco LaPalm Sea Side Resort.

First off I want to say Thank You to the staff at Coco La Palm. You guys are amazing and made our families vacation one for the books!! Never did we feel like a number or just another guest. The sincerity was most appreciative. Location was perfect. Food was spectacular, Beach and Pool can not be beat. We never once had to fight for a beach lounger anywhere. And this was Spring Break!! I just wish everyone would not take these guys for granted and appreciate what they do day in and out to make our vacations as stress free as possible. We will definately be back. !! From Kiki and Keon at the bar to our main man Romeo at the beach bar to Steven and the lifeguard crew you can't go wrong.
