This is our second visit and so love this resort!! Friendly staff, good restaurant, good snack bar and right on 7 mile Beach and includes Continental breakfast!! We stayed 10 days each time and it isn't long enough!! Used Norris of Island Turf Tours and discovered the Island with a fabulous Jamsica Giant and Appleton distillery! Great prices to and from the airport!! Love Jamaica, Mon!!

Just spend 10 fabulous days at Coco LaPalm! I’ve been to Negril several times but always stayed in an all-inclusive. I enjoyed this experience so much more! Much more authentic vibe than the traditional all-inclusive and about 1/2 the price. It is right in the middle of the 7 mile beach and walking is easy and effortless for miles, with lots of other resorts, restaurants, bars, and shopping stands to enjoy along the way. Rooms are spacious and large with outdoor balconies and patios. Food at the restaurant is very good (the best we had on the island except for a night we splurged in the West End). Staff is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home away from home. Great massage on the beach and don’t miss the Wednesday cooking class by their award-winning chef!

This small hotel has a relaxed island vibe with kind staff and good service. Our room was clean and comfy, no frills. There were various activities available for a fee, including massages, horseback riding, parasailing, etc. The beach is absolutely gorgeous... soft sand with calm and clear water. The restaurant/bar menu was reasonably priced and the fresh ackee and saltfish was delicious. If you like it spicy, ask for scotch bonnet pepper on the side. We also ate fresh local eats along the roadside. We loved watching the sunset during happy hour and the bar team was very friendly. There was live music on a couple nights, plus you can walk along the beach and visit other nearby venues. Great vacay, cheers!

This is my resort of choice every time I'm in Negril! Great staff - many of who now remember me - big shout out to the receptionists, they are always so helpful. Groundstaff, security and others always courteous. The beach is fab and security do a great job of managing the few persistent local sellers. I travel on my own and have never had to worry about my safety here. I upgraded to a deluxe room less than 30 seconds from the beach and dining which was so lovely to have. Only a couple of gripes - for the most part my room was cleaned very well except I didn't get replacement shower gel and soap regularly and for about 3 days (of my 10 day trip) none of my cups or glasses were replaced - I was going to complain - but on day 4 (room cleaned by the lovely Erica this time) all was dealt with. Second gripe - lighting and signage. The grounds are beautiful, but challenging to find your room with no signs and also at night the lighting could be better. I've mentioned this in reviews before, but Coco haven't addressed these. Outside of these issues, I'd definitely recommend staying here - they are super casual (and mostly efficient) responsive and friendly.

My husband and I have stayed at CocoLaPalm several times, the last being in February 2019 for our wedding. We had about 28 guests and they all loved Coco - the staff, the food, the grounds. Kimesha did a wonderful job with our wedding reception - it was perfect! We'll definitely be back - hopefully for our 1st anniversary!
