Excellent location for both Penn Station and events at MSG. Also easy access to subway, and great walking distance to Empire State, Times Square and even Hudson yards. We went all over NYC and found the location perfect. The included breakfast was well run in the morning with wonderful staff working very hard. Overall this was great value and would stay again for any events in NYC.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it comfortable and quaint. It was convenient to Penn Station and I enjoy exploring the things that Penn Station had to offer. Shea help my family at the hotel and I found her to be thorough and efficient. She was a dear doll.

THE HOTEL HAD A FLOOD ACROSS 6 FLOORS AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. GUESTS HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE NO ONE WAS TAKING ACTION AND TOLD US WE CAN STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. FLOORS WERE SOAKED AND WATER IN THE ROOM WAS BLACK AND BROWN AND STAFF DID NOT TELL ANYONE. PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE DESTROYED IN THE FLOOD AND STAFF DID NOT CARE.

This was my second trip to Manhattan and my first stay at this hotel. The service was great from the front desk to cleaning crew. I especially appreciated Jay from the cafeteria who I learned was the Food and Beverage supervisor. He noticed our meal selection during our first breakfast and approached my family and took the initiative and effort to understand our dietary restrictions/requirements. He made adjustments to the menu for us and provided a genuine interaction every day we were there. Overall, great experience.

Hotel was in a great, convenient location. Great free breakfast and staff was very friendly and attentive. Shay at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. and so was Chris at the bell station. They really made me feel welcomed and at home. Great looking rooftop bar with awesome view, but it’s only open during the warmer months. I will definitely come back.
