musty rooms, cockroaches, air conditioning that doesn’t work, two of the same pictures in the same room, horrible tv options, loud staff room right next to our room, front desk receptionists who don’t acknowledge you, bad/no breakfast options, hood asf

The room had a nasty mold smell and beds are not comfortable. They advertise breakfast and they don’t have a venue onsite for it. Beds were not comfortable. The furniture was old and worn down. Rooms were small.

This is one the the best hotels you can stay at near disney they offer free breakfast! You can get items from the office and they even give you a meal for two at dennys right next door!! I had a very great experience staying here and would stay here again in the future

Outlets were too loose! You cannot even charge your devices! Shower head was broken I had to Wash my hair in the tub then call maintenance to come and fix the shower on a cold day. The carpet was old.

Every morning, we were given a bag to go, which contained an orange, a muesli bar, a custard tart and a bottle of chilled water, this kept us going all day and we only had to purchase dinner in the evening. There are Indian, Asian and Italian restaurants next door as well as Denny's. The hotel is an easy walking distance to downtown Disney, the monorail into Disneyland and to the main entrance to Disneyland itself. Our room was at the front of the building near the main road and was very quiet - no traffic noise.
