    Not worth the amount spent!!!

    We were going to Disneyland for two days and staying one night so that we could have a close place to rest in between days. When we arrived we were then told that there would be a hold on our credit card for $100 and that we would not get the charge removed for 7-10 business days. Then we go inside the room and it was pretty clean but not in very good condition considering how much we spent for one night. The beds were pretty comfortable but we were extremely tired and our standards were pretty low at this point. We went to the free breakfast area in the morning and there was no cream or creamer for the coffee. There were hard boiled eggs that were sitting in a big bowl with no lid. It was kinda gross. The bread, donuts and waffles were a little stale. There was nowhere to sit because it was so crowded and we were going to take some food to the room since there were no tables, but we were told according to them the city of Anaheim said that there was no food allowed to leave the breakfast area! I think that they just lies so that we didn’t take more food than we could eat standing up for a few minutes. We wanted to get some ice from the machine only to find that we had to pay per bucket of ice! Then there were no buckets in the room to even pay for the ice so I had to ask for a bucket and the girl at the front desk gave me a bucket that was wet on the inside and probably dirty. And then when I asked for the manager he just placated me but offered nothing to make me want to return. Had he tried to make it better or done anything for me maybe I would not have written such a horrible review. And I just wanted to say that we don’t live very far away and we just bought season passes so I hope that they are happy with the money they charged for the completely overpriced room. I have lots of friends who visit the theme parks in the area often and I will make sure to tell them not to bother with this place!

    The first thing we noticed was the staff, they were great from the time we pulled up to the door until we left. Always friendly and willing to go the extra to make sure you were happy! We found the location great, only a block from Disney and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here, we will should we get the chance!

    Hotel is very dated, and needs serious updates and has lots of wear and tear. If you are a seasoned traveler you will be disappointed. Rooms are not very spacious, but beds were comfortable. However, they do try and keep it clean and the staff was very helpful. They made a big mistake on my reservation and Erika in the front desk went out of her way to correct the mistake. Close to Disney, about 15 min. walk or ART bus stops in the front every 30 or so mins. Breakfast is ok, wet/pool area is nice. $20/night parking.

    Good Location to Disney, Good Amenities

    When we checked in we were greeted with pineapple water and a sparkling reception area with couches and a large screen TV with the Disney Channel running. The pool was right off the lobby as well as the restaurant, and restrooms. The restaurant had a buffet for 17 dollars complete with cooked to order omelets, parfaits, waffles, pancakes, fruit bar, sausage, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, assorted breads and pastries, potatoes, French toast, egg mcmuffins, and juice and coffee. The cooked to order omlet may have been the best I've had. The service was excellent. The served lunch and dinner as well. The gym was equipped with free weights and cardio equipment. They had a complementary business center with free printing. The room was in Stars theme and had a mini frig, microwave, eating area, spacious sleeping area along with desk and chair. My son loved the room. We loved this hotel and it will be our Disney destination always. The service was excellent on every level. There is a shuttle to Disney but we just paid the 25 dollars and parked at Disney which is around the corner.

    We changed our Marriott reservations to stay here so my son could enjoy the splash park for the first 2 days of our vacation only to find out When we arrived there was out of order signs without any notification on website or when we called to confirm reservation! When I asked the front desk staff if it would be available the only answer was “we don’t have an ETA as of yet” did not want to help accommodate us. We spent $300 for 2 nights specifically for the splash park never got a chance to use and the rooms are the size of a closet! Will not be staying here again! My husband was an IHG employee for years and knows that customers should be warned ahead of time if amenities are not available! Or at least compensated when they are not happy customers! This was a huge disappointment! Could have stayed with original reservations which provided free parking, free breakfast and free shuttle and saved the extra $$ we spent for the disappointment!
