Love love this hotel. Family of6 stayed in 2 bed suite... was so much bigger than I expected and 7 min walk to disney entrance so no driving or parking needed. Breakfast was very nice and friendly if needed. Master bedroom huge and huge bathroom. Twin room was 2 large beds plus bathroom.sofa bed in living area and mini kitchen. Absolutely great for our large family.

We've been here two nights with one more to go. This is an option on par with the disney hotels. It is a short walk to the Monorail or the Disney entry gates. Very clean, the staff are lovely, and the beds are super comfortable. Nice pool and water play area. All in all whilst its smaller than the Disney ones, the cost is more reasonable. The food is reasonably priced a delicious. We will definatley be back next time we are in the country.

The highlight of the hotel is the ease of walking to Disney. It’s approx a 5 minute walk to the downtown Disney entrance along a quiet street with wide sidewalks. However, other than Disney, there isn’t anything else for services in the direct area of the hotel. We found we ate in the park or downtown Disney area but if you’re looking for other options, you’ll have to rent a car or ride share. The hotel does have a nice restaurant with great options and reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and supper as well as a great gift shop for souvenirs and snacks. We had two rooms and found both clean and spacious. There’s nothing really flashy here. It’s been renovated and gives you all the basics including comfy beds and bath and body works products. Rooms were quiet but as in most older hotels, we found them a bit dark. Lots of plug ins for charging devices thought which is great. It was too cold to use the pool areas during our stay but the splash park looked great for little ones. We rented a car and had no issues with parking while there. All and all a great choice and we’d definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the back of downtown Disney. One could walk directly into the Disneyland Park. The check in was easy and I got my room key to the third building. Parking for handicap could be better. I could not locate any parking for the disabled in the evening. I double parked to allow my passenger to exit before I could locate parking. The room has a microwave and huge refrigerator which I appreciated as the Hampton did not offer a microwave in the room or in the lobby. I was able to use the microwave to heat up some food. My room had two double beds with a 32 inch LG flat screen. Most hotels seem to offer LG tv’s which I have found to be very good. The room offered a table and a dresser. The wash basin was outside the shower area allowing guests to clean up easily. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The ceiling and walls looked old. The faucet handle for the shower could be upgraded too as well as theshower head. The water pressure was nice but the shower head nozzle did not allow allow water to flow well. The lobby looked very nice as it showed various Disney paintings and allows guests to know it is one of the Disney hotels.

We came and stayed here for two nights and had the two bedroom Disney princess suite. It was cheesy but quite cute. Pink duvet covers with princess pillows, princess mural on the wall with Disney princess stick on decorations on the doors. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One bedroom with a king and the second with two queens. It had a little fridge (no freezer), microwave and sink in a kitchenette area. A sitting area also between the two bedrooms which was nice. Looked out onto the splash pad (there is also a pool here too separate from the splash pad) My complaint about the room would be that there was only one bathroom for the two bedroom room and it was IN the kids room. Since they go to bed before us it didn’t make sense to have to go through their room and wake them up (they’re light sleepers) to use the washroom. Definitely don’t think that was well planned out for this room. Also let’s define 1 block away..... I don’t know what that’s away from but definitely be prepared to walk 20-30 minutes to get to the entrance of either Disney parks. You have to walk down a couple streets and then through all of downtown Disney to get there. It was farther than we had anticipated so something to think of if you are thinking one block being a 5 minute walk it is definitely not. We included purchasing the option of the breakfast when making our reservation. It was to include two adults for the buffet breakfast and kids ate free. I won’t lie, the buffet breakfast was fantastic! It had a large variety of foods, everything was fresh, hot and tasty. Also it changed the two mornings we were there so different options also. What I didn’t appreciate was that my husband and I could eat from the buffet but the kids breakfast was just from a menu. For example - one option was cereal and fresh fruit or scrambled eggs and bacon. Of course we were eating from the buffet and so our kids wanted to do the same but the charge for them to eat at the buffet is $7.99 per child!!! The “Free” meal that came for them was valued at $3.99. I feel like the kids should’ve been able to eat at the buffet with us as an inclusive price. Or at a minimum we should only have to pay the difference between the two prices. It was nice to be able to see the fireworks at night from a balcony they had on the second floor of the main lobby. Overall we were only here two nights so it was ok but I think the above is worth considering if you are thinking of staying here especially longer term.
