Customer service needs to do better

Room was nice and renovated. Walls are too thin. Could hear everyone coming and going walking down the hall. Then there was some party all the way up top blasting music. We were stuck hearing the annoying bass all night which kept waking up the baby. Called the front desk about it and they basically said we could switch rooms to a different floor (at 11:40pm) or just wait until the party was over lol. They did not even attempt to try and tell them to turn the bass or music down.

Beautiful hotel, huge room and the staff are super friendly and cheerful. They actually seemed like they enjoy their jobs, which is refreshing. We also had pizza for room service and it was surprisingly delicious. Just an overall great experience:)
