Amazing location for Epcot and Hollywood

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at Disney. The location is perfect as we can walk to Epcot and ride a boat to Hollywood Studios. I also love that we can walk right onto the Boardwalk and our breakfast reservation at Cape May. Our room was nice and clean. Also, the chocolate cake they sell at the little food shop on the first floor is amazing. It was so good. I honestly would go back just for that cake.
Excellent hotel and location.

The location can't be beat. I loved that it was walking distance to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Disney Boardwalk, and Fantasia Golf. If you didn't feel like walking you could take the boat to all the places except Fantasia Golf. There were plenty of restaurants between the Swan, Dolphin, and Boardwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. Plenty of chairs and shady spots. Just remember that you pay for parking and a resort fee when you price out the hotel.
Very nice hotel!!

The Swan hotel was very nice!!! Rooms were clean, whole hotel area was clean, and staff was very friendly! Loved the 3 options for going to Parks...bus, sky liner, or boat... depending on what parks you want to visit. My only negative is I was not a fan of the pillows, for sleeping. I am hooked on memory foam pillows so the ones at the Swan wasn't very comfortable for me. So if you are picky about what pillows you like best, and live local that you can drive to the Swan, I would recommend taking your own pillow. Otherwise very nice hotel and convenient to all parks.
Great Location, but...

The location of the hotel is great, especially close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. We also had a nice view of the Dolphin. Used the AMEX fine hotel and hotel collection service to book. Disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The room is dated, plugs/USB outlets are loose, and we couldn't charge our devices in the main living area. Ended up using the bathroom outlet to charge our phones. The room also had a musty/wet dog smell. The hotel offered to send an engineer and maid service to deodorize the room, but we only stayed for two nights. Probably should check for these things before allowing customers to stay in these rooms. The additional resort fee of $40 is a joke. The door to the balcony was suspect, sounded like it was struggling to keep itself on the door track. Every time we opened it, it made this horrible grinding sound, super loud. Hard pass for us.
Nice stay overall

Stayed here for 3 days as part of my company's conference. Rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and the water pressure was good. Great location that you can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, not to mention other Disney properties. Restaurants were decent. Conference facilities were good. Staff were helpful.
