Amazing time after covid 19 closures

Staff the best clean organized. Everything was as detailed and explained made you feel welcomed at home away from home. The atmosphere and staff was amazing. My family and two year old had a great time will be back this spring and summer .

Great hotel with a beautiful view. It is amazing to look at the golf course and the beautiful mountains during sunrise and sunset. The hotel is conveniently located near the exciting El Paseo with lots of shops and restaurants. You can walk, bike or run along the trails near the hotel. The pools are great! There are so many of them, so you can have a different experience each day! Great for a family, couple or girls trip!

What an amazing treat to escape to the Hyatt Indian Wells! Whether you are going as a family for your kids to get out after being cooped up with Covid regulations or as a couples getaway, Hyatt has all you need! I was so impressed with the hotels transition to Covid safety protocols and still maintaining the ability to just relax and enjoy yourself. I have stayed at other hotels during Covid who did not execute safety precautions well and it affected our overall trip. But the Hyatt has the perfect balance for those to escape and relax all while feeling confident in the safety measures they have in place. We went for a late Valentines day weekend and absolutely loved that they had the adults pool open and available but we still are kids at heart and enjoyed the double slides and lazy river. All of the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful and we will definitely be going back!

We went to celebrate our daughters 6th birthday. Everything was clean, safe, the food was the delicious, pool was fun and staff was friendly! We look forward to visiting again and definitely told family and friends about the hotel.

Everyone had a blast on this much needed vacation. The pools and lazy river were so much fun. My kids are small and got very cold after only 20 min but thankfully there was a hot tub for them to warm up in. We will absolutely be back for our annual trip here.
