Amazing , quite and clean Nice breakfast and very friendly staff spesially tee from front desk Self Parking was easy and quite organized Recommend to quick business trips and families as well Suit was nice so far need some renovation Hope this helpful

The stay was very good, but when I booked with Embassy online, I hit a snag. I mistakenly entered the wrong checkin date and didn’t realize until I reviewed the email confirmation, which was immediately. When I tried to edit and add one more night (Thursday), it was a totally different price than the rest of my nights. This was within a matter of minutes. I then called to get help hoping they would honor the price I just book at, but no. So we stayed somewhere else our 1st night. I know I made the date mistake, but the outcome was unfortunate and disappointing.

First time staying and very much enjoyed the property. It was clean and beautiful and staff was very friendly. Brandon and Cornelius in the Azul bar were very awesome as were the staff at Granada Bar & Grill. Only suggestion I would suggest is having the complementary shuttle run longer than just 6pm, since I noticed most guests were going out to dinner past 6;30pm, but it's not a deal breaker. I would stay here again

Everything was wonderful The rooms are perfect for our sisters trip. The people at the Granada bar were exceptional. The railing at the pool got broken and was fixed by 7am the next day. The breakfast is amazing. It was a perfect trip. Drink and food service at the pool was really a nice touch.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable. Great block out curtains. The breakfast was very good with a big variety. The omelet chef was amazing and very little wait with the lines. The pool area and grounds were beautiful. However, they need to up date the sofa and need new carpet ASAP. Two of us walked barefooted a short time and the bottom of our feet were black. It was disgusting. The shower water was hot our first day but the remainder it was warm at best after running it to get hot.
