The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfy. The buffet was okay but could have offered more options. Great staff and most are very friendly. The waitress at the pool was wonderful. Daniel was awesome and took care of my luggage and made sure everything was done for my trip.

Absolutely wonderful people. So welcoming and friendly. Daniel was so awesome greeting us when we arrived and made sure we had the right car when leaving. 5 star review for Daniel!! Ameninities were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good at the main buffet. Food was amazing at the Mediterranean restaurant and even better at the Mexican restaurant. The service made our experience so amazing. We will return for sure.

Daniel Golden the concierge was amazing. He helped us with dinner reservations inside the resort and also off site. We have come here for the last 5 years and sometimes twice a year. The last two days of our trip the hotel had no light beer. Not sure how an all inclusive resort that is full to capacity runs out of light beer. That was very disappointing.

Had an amazing girls trip! Daniel Golden was an awesome Concierge! We have stayed at the Crown numerous times and Daniel has always been so helpful and accommodating, he goes out of his way to be sure you will have the best experience. ?? However the resort ran out of light beer the last 2 days of our trip! I feel the resort could step there game up but overall the girls and I had fun.

Hotel concierge Daniel is THE BEST!!! Front desk assistants were very accommodating. However the resort ran out of light beer, had bothersome vendors on the beach, odors in the restrooms, and could use some updates, especially in the pool area, restaurants were somewhat difficult to get reservations.
