The staff at the resort are absolutely amazing but Alexander at the infinity pool blew us all away!! Alexander quickly learned what every person in our large group liked and had drinks ready to go as soon as we got to the bar for a refill. We could not have had a more friendly and helpful guy provide amazing drinks and excellent vibes throughout the trip!!

I traveled with my adult daughter to The Hilton in April for 5 days. This was my 8th time to the DR. La Romand is my favorite spot as the beaches are stunning, the water is calm and no sargassum. The resort is absolutley beautiful lush and well maintained . The loungers are wicker with comfortable clean cushions. The variety of restaurants and food is amazing . We preferred the adult buffet . The family buffet was terrible. Also tried the Italian it was delicious and the service perfect. The ocean was gorgeous. The staff are so kind I love how they welcome you and put their hand on their chest. They truly make you feel special. My only complaint would be our room we were in the enclave section ground floor. The room stunk very badly of ammonia and musty smell. The ac worked great . The lounger situation at the infinity pool was frustrating as we could never get a lounger. Overall fantastic experience and would return .

Amazing holiday! This hotel was recommended to us by friends who regularly go here. It did not disappoint. We stayed in the adults only side and upgraded to Enclave with a swim up room. The room and terrace were lovely. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Shower was excellent. Thank you to our maid Wanda for keeping the room clean and replenishing towels twice daily. The terrace leading into the swim up pool was larger than the balconies above. Enclave adults pool area was kept immaculate. Sun lounger covers were changed regularly and fresh towels placed on the sun loungers throughout the day. The pool concierge, Junior, was on hand to ensure everyone was happy and done an amazing job. Mildred & Olga at the swim up bar kept the cocktails flowing and were so happy and friendly. Beach was kept clean, plenty of sun loungers available. Butlers Victor Val and Byron Mercedes offered exceptional service daily. Nothing was ever to much trouble and checked in with us throughout the day. They assisted in arranging a late checkout as our flight was not until later in the evening. Entertainment staff Yuliana and Maria were great in organising daily activities. We enjoyed trying out the various restaurants and adults buffet. All were kept clean and staff were very friendly. The grounds and garden areas are beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked to return again next year.

I had a lovely time in this hotel. The food was great, the activities staff were also brilliant (Power could be better at volleyball). I would stay in this hotel again. With special thanks to Power, Dauly, Rossi and Juliet.
