    Absolutely one of the best experiences in the Caribbean. The staff is amazing and ready to take care of everything. Ruth, Armando and Power were very entertaining and never let you sit very long. The butlers, Alberto, Kelvin and Staling were there for every need. It doesn’t matter which Iberostar we go to, it’s always the greatest experience. I guess that is why we are The Club members.

    This was trip was nothing short of magical. The hotel and grounds are gorgeous, the ocean & beach breath taking, both buffet & fine dining were stellar but the staff made it all exceptional. Even with their masks on you could see the smiles in their eyes & hear sincerity in their voices. Our butlers Alberto and Kelvin were a treat. All the servers were wonderful but a special thank you to Poche, Ana and Marlon. They picked up on what we liked right away and we never went without. The golf course was immaculate. We went on the half day fishing excursion and although we were the only boat who didn’t catch a fish we still had a great time and we were able to see a few whales. We have traveled to several other tropical locations but this was our favorite. We can’t wait to go back. Our only regret is not staying longer!

    Holiday during pandemy of Covid19

    It was long holiday ( a month) because of airfrance changing flights back to Poland, but very quite and very attractive. The only inconvinience was windy weather during 2 weeks. In pandemia restrictions the whole staff of the hotel was very kind, usefull, helpfull and attending of the guests during their stay there. Food was nice although a little bit limitted comparing to last years. (Nobody was hungry I am sure!!!) Rooms cleaned very good, minibar service also very nice. Butlers very helpfull and engaged in their job. Service on the beach excellent! Entertaintments and shows very attractive. Because of not very many guests athmosphere very quite. Guest service excellen! Bravo Bjorquis! The Club service excellent! Thank you all of you!! Yes., I will cmone next year. This is my home in Dominicana.

    Diamond of Punta Cana!

    Beautiful place! We initially booked at the neighboring resort, but decided to switch after the first night when we walked through this palace. The food was stellar international cuisine, the liquor was top shelf, the rooms were cozy and exceptionally well modeled (i spent a few choice nights in our own personal jacuzzi sudded up), but what stood out most of all was the outstanding service from the staff and chefs, who made doubly sure our every desire was satisfied, and made the Grand a truly pleasurable, fun and wholly refreshing experience. I want to give special thanks to Ruth who led bingo and dancing lessons, Ery and his crew who were the main bartenders at the pool bar, and Ingrid who manned the cigar room bar for their exceptional service-- they made what would otherwise have been a cushy but uneventful trip truly memorable with their energy and fun attitudes. Please give them raises! All in all, i was worried that this trip wouldn't have been as fun as previous trips due to Covid. But thanks to the lush accommodations and wonderful staff, this was one of the best experiences i have ever had at a resort!

    The Iberostar Grand bavaro hotel was beautiful from the minute you walked into the lobby until the minute you left there on your way home. Our Butler Alberto went above and beyond anything we even imagined! we never had to ask him twice for anything and he always had our favorite drinks ready for us in our room. He set up a romantic dinner on the beach for just the two of us... it was magical!! Santos made sure our dinner was served perfectly! Marlon made sure he took care of anything we needed as well...Ery at the pool made sure we always had a drink in hand (aye aye aye!!!) The rooms were made up morning and evening... We were spoiled beyond measure!! We felt safe at the resort and can't wait to get back! This is one experience we can't wait to have again..we are spoiled for life! Thank you Damien, Sofia, Ruth, Anthony, Suxita and Kelvin..just to name a few) ;)
