The resort was AWESOME,from the moment you arrive the staff was there to meet you and get you to your room,the food and drinks were great.Welfri,Jhojani,Fausto,Leidy,Andrea,Roher,Ricardo,Selenny,Malquris,Nestor and all of the rest of the staff were awesome the resort was very clean .no complaints

The resort as a whole is a great time and very nice. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. Some of the staff members who stood out the most were Julia, who was working at the tres carabela restaurant, Yenis who worked at the casino Bar, Audi (name could be misspelled) who was one of the card dealers at the casino & Yafresees (name misspelled) who worked as part of the cleaning and maid staff. We were in town for a friends bachelor party and everyone had a great time!

Loved the resort. Very clean, friendly staff, food was very good! We stayed on the club side and our butler was Henry. He checked in with us daily and was prompt with anything we needed. Highly recommend the club side! Beach: i always found a chair and the beach was clean. There is coral in the ocean so be careful where you step. Room: we stayed in 4418. The a/c was cokd and the shower was hot. No complaints here. Restaurants: depending on where you eat it could be a short wait. We ate daily at the rodeo for lunch. The burgers were delicious! I highly recommend hibachi for dinner, the foid and dessert were so much better than the buffet! Overall, great time with family! This is my second time in punta cana, but my first time at this resort. I would return again!

We had a great time here…staff was excellent…our butler Mayker was awesome…whenever we wanted something he was always on top of it…food was good…room was clean and our maid was awesome ??…bartenders at the club section pool were the best…always the best drinks…and Domingo the towel guy was wonderful…always wanting to make our day special…all in all it was a great stay…definitely return

The resort was very clean with a great beach. Rooms were spacious and comfy. The food was not the best at the El carte restaurants so mostly stuck to the buffet which was good.
