My husband and I were there for 5 nights with a group and we had an amazing time. Tony is the absolute best concierge we have come across in all of our all inclusive stays (and we’ve probably stayed at 20+ in the past 5 years). He cares so much about your experience and makes sure you are well taken care of! El Dorado is lucky to have Tony!!

Our concierge Tony was the highlight of our trip. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and he really was a wonderful person to get to know. We were there for a giveback trip and he was the most caring person, it was a pleasure to have him at the resort. 10/10 would return to visit Tony!

Luis, Jesus, Benjamin, and Maria were fantastic and made our entire trip! They deserve all the credit in the world! The resort was very nice and clean and we would 100% come back.

Thank you for an amazing holiday. Only wish we could be staying longer. The resort is simply stunning and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Particular thank to the fitness team......Adriane and Geraldine I have loved my yoga on the idyllic pier, aquafit and ocezn zumba and also to the entertainment crew - Jesus Benjamin ans Luis - we loved beach volleyball and salsa lessons. Wonderful holiday with so many new memories and new friends made. We will definitely be back soon ????????
