    Great night spent at Fairmont Southampton. Excellent meal at Mediterra restaurant ending with great comedy show. Staff are very helpful..Would definitely recommend this hotel and all of its facilities.

    Had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel in February. It was a perfect getaway from the Canadian winter. In a world where so many places offer just the basics, this hotel offers so many little touches without even having to ask. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff made us feel welcome, especially Diego at Jasmine Restaurant, and so many staff made the effort to remember us and always went above and beyond. We tried every restaurant on site, with the exception of the Ocean Club because it was closed for the season. Each place we went, the food and service were fantastic. I would recommend them all! We will definitely be back!

    Not that great in the off season

    We were excited that book our Bermuda trip and stay here during the off season . We thought it would be wonderful to have the first class hotel to ourselves . We didn't count on there being nothing much to do in this location and having to arrange our own tours since the concierge was less than helpful. The Spa too was a disappointment . It was difficult to get an appointment since most staff were not working . And the staff was a bit odd rather than helpful . Last someone should tell the hotel that cold air-conditioning in the cooler months is not necessary. We in fact mentioned this to the hotel who frankly were a bit rude saying they knew that and would get to it. Sigh . Not what we hoped.

    This hotel is amazing and the staff are so kind. Shoutout to Ester and Mike for going above and beyond for our family. Also the concierges were super helpful and honest. This hotels pool was amazing and the rooms were clean and pretty. We visited during the off season so the beaches were empty but still beautiful. I greatly recommend this hotel. Also shoutout to Youssef at Boundaries Sports bar. In general, every bermudian is so nice including every single taxi and bus driver, restaurant and shop worker and the civilians in general. While walking to dinner a Bermudian stopped and asked if we needed help with directions, so kind!

    The people that worked at the hotel were so nice to me. They made me feel like I was at home. The one person that helped me the most was Laverne Philpott, she contacted my tour individuals to make sure they know where to pick me up and gave me all sort of directions.
