The most wonderful resort and experience!!

I went to Majestic Elegance with a group of girlfriends in January and had the most wonderful time!! The resort is breathtaking and the staff is even better! From the moment we got there, received our welcome refreshments, and were escorted to our rooms I knew this was going to be a luxe experience and it was even better than I expected each day. The resort, rooms, entertainment, food, drinks, and most importantly the staff were all so much better than I could’ve hoped for! To name a few of the people that made our stay so great: Jose Luis the bellhop, Roberto the concierge, Bettyna at the piano bar for morning coffee and delicious drinks, Giovanni for always making sure the food we were eating met all of our dietary restrictions, Felix was an amazing waiter, Alan in the lobby bar for the best drinks, and so many more! I can’t say enough great things about this place - I cannot wait to go back!!

My best friend and I went to Majestic Elegance for a week. We had an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived we were so well taken care of. Alvaro our butler saw to our every need. Rafael, one of the concierges, was also so helpful throughout our stay if we needed anything at all. We had incredible dinners each night, our favorite was the Mexican restaurant and our waiter Jordan was so incredibly kind! The chef Giovanni checked in with us every night to make sure our food was perfect. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, where we had an amazing entertainment crew. Marco, Brandon, and Diana were so fun and engaging. We played volleyball everyday. Our favorite person we met was our friend Samuel. He was our waiter on the beach and was so kind and attentive to us everyday. We are already planning our trip to come back. The location and resort itself is beautiful, but it is the people we met that made our experience unforgettable. Thank you to everyone!
Overall Wonderful Stay

Stayed two weeks! Ocean view room (with jacuzzi). Couldn’t have asked for more. From the staff and guest following all covid guidelines we felt extremely safe and in our own giant bubble. There was a bed at the beach and the pool for everyone. Rafael had a towel and pillow ready for you within minutes. The bar staff were on point serving drinks all along the beach and would offer new drink options after hearing us order nothing but mojitos for our first 5 days (Thanks Carlos Hugo). The concierge Cassandra did an excellent job, even creating a birthday celebration without even asking. Getting us to our restaurants on our schedule. We also took advantage and got a few visits to the hydrotherapy spa (no cost) and got to experience both a massage and mani pedi which were wonderful. (Thanks Irma and Maria). The entertainment staff Marcos and Diana got us in on the volleyball games and they were doing there best with the activities which is never easy with 40-50% capacity. Always making the most of what they had. Too many great staff to thank, all unquestionably doing their best to impress. I couldn’t encourage people more to get out and get to this place. If you’re a professional or a family or a couple you can be here and have it all, and feel safe. Wifi was excellent and worked great everywhere, but in the ocean. Balcony jacuzzi made for a romantic time (apologies to any neighbours) and in room TV offered lots of good channels and sports (NFL and college playoffs). Room 3118!

We had an incredible time at this resort! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were clean and pleasant, and the service was amazing. The entertainment team (Marco, Diana, Brandon, and Andrea) were fun and inviting and made sure everyone on the beach was having a great time. Samuel made sure that we always had a fresh drink in hand and were well-hydrated. Jordan was our server several nights, and he was so joyful and kind. Our room was spacious and well-stocked. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I been here for a couple days and o really don't want back to Home. I been si enchated with this amazing resorte as i never been, i love all of this resorte. I would love to metion the name of some girl that did all my trip, Sheyla you are so simple amazinggggg, i love you. And You really really deserve this and more, i'm so enchated of you energy, you go beyond in all you do
