Loved everything about my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Great location with many things within walking distance. The beautiful Waikiki beach is 2 blocks away. International Market is across the street. Diamond Head is a quick 15 min drive/lyft. No need for a car if you are staying at this location and don’t plan on veering too far from the Waikiki area. Great, great location and hotel. I definitely recommend.

The room was spacious, the staff were accommodating and the location is THE BEST. The elevators were somewhat slow and the room was noisy (from the street traffic) but I would definitely stay again!!! FYI the pool is small so walk to the beach!

Clean and not very crowded in public areas of the hotel. The room was very small so I bit the bullet and paid for a 1bedroom suite on the top (20th) floor. They only had hot breakfast to-go in the morning (no dine-in). However the restaurant (Tony Roma’s) does open for dinner everyday. Unfortunately breakfast was the same everyday: Sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagel, banana and OJ/coffee. Their is currently construction of a building across the street so their is no view whatsoever. Don’t stay here if your priority is to have a view of the ocean or even the city! They also have a convenience store connected to the lobby (not ABC Store), then there is also a ABC store across the street. Coffee shop across the street in International Market Place but always had a long line.

Aloha! Visit Hawaii it’s amazing…. We arrived around 2pm for checkin and the young man at the counter was very friendly and professional. I booked 7 nights at this hotel based on other positive reviews from TripAdvisor. The price per night is slightly below the average price for similar hotels rooms. The value is that the hotel is clean and in the center of Waikiki Beach area. 4 min walk to beach, 1 min walk to department stores, next to food, bars and all types of shopping. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was busy but we rarely heard noises from other guests. We had room 1133 overlooking the city and a parking structure with a slight view of the ocean. We don’t choose hotels based on view from hotels so it matter little to us. The staff was polite and friendly. The pool area is small and packed with kids during most of our stay. We don’t have kids yet but we did still enjoy the pool. The pool area is a bit dated and the pool chairs are sun damaged but worked just fine. Being 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, we spent the majority of our time at one of the worlds nicest free access beaches. The shops around the hotel are high end. Hermès, Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton and other stores were accross the street from hotel. Other less expensive stores as well. If you plan to take any bus tour of Oahu island the majority of the pickup locations are near this hotel. Location is a big plus here if you don’t rent a car. Every style or kind of food is near or next to hotel. A Convenient Store is actually attached to hotels 1st floor. Store Everything from alcohol, snacks, beach towels and many other things. Hotel also has a Tony Roma’s in it as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at this hotel if we were ever to revisit Oahu Island. Side note: Hilton Hotels continue to get my business and loyalty based on how well they still provide status recognition. At Hiltons most things are still available. Marriott and Holiday Inns for example have eliminated breakfast, closed pools, closed lounges and other perks due to Covid-19. Covid negative travel to Hawaii: My wife and I have traveled to Las Vegas, Miami and Key West during this pandemic. We are both vaccinated and always read and take in consideration the local laws and regulations. Hawaii has a strict requirement for visitors right now. We used Walgreens to get our Hawaii approved rapid test Covid 19 test that’s required to be able to fly to Honolulu from the main land. Definitely visit Hawaii!! it’s safe, fun and beautiful. Mahalo!

Hilton Garden is about 30 minutes away from the Honolulu Air Port on the Shuttle Bus. A lovely beach is about 3 New York City blocks away from the Hotel. The staff is very helpful ready and able to handle any situation that may occur. The hotel has a restaurant, store and car service located on the first level. Extremely clean and maintained.
