    Bad breakfast. Long waits for elevator. Had to reprogram room key everyday. Paid for full ocean view but got partial view. Will never stay again. Size of the rooms was the only good thing about this hotel. Washrooms were small. No one told us about free amenities, we found out from another guest.

    Fun Family Vacation!

    The location of this hotel is perfect, just a block away from the beach. Daily breakfast, which I really liked. Had lots of options. Pastries, fresh fruit, hot food, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and a small Asian food area. The room was small, but perfect for just me and my husband. My parents and 2 sisters stayed in a 2 queen room, the only complaint there is that the small A.C. seemed to take a very long time to cool their room. Front desk staff was great! There is a Dominos downstairs, but the wait for a pizza was over an hour! I would recommend this hotel to my family going with kids as the free breakfast is definitely a money saver! Also, they will lend you beach chairs and beach toys for the kids!

    The staff go out of their way to accommodate their guests. You’re always greeted by the staff in the hallways, elevators...besides just the front desk. The front desk staff are very detailed in explaining the property and it’s services.

    Helpful and friendly staff. Close to nice beaches. Elevators VERY slow...our wing only had 2 elevators and it seemed like too few for the number of guests trying to ride them. Free breakfast very good.

    We stayed here twice. The first stay we had a deluxe king mountain view room. The room was nice but overlooked the garbage and the garbage trucks and noise kept us awake. Breakfast was like a zoo. They ran out of everything iand it was so windy everything went cold quickly and there was nowhere to eat inside. Staff tried to help but overrun. Reception staff changed our room for the second stay. Much better. Ocean view. Lisa Catherine on front desk was very helpful. Also it was not explained to us that we had $5 credit at the gallery cafe every day included in our resort fee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Expedia staff on activities desk gave us misinformation about Pearl Harbour tours but did recommend good local restaurants.
