    A BIG shout out to Seth at Bally's pool...such a helpful personable team member...friendly and attentive to all the guests he came in contact with.. There was a real problem w getting people to keep their masks on while being on the deck of the pool....feel like the staff was trying....BUT there should be signage telling people they will be escorted out if they are warned more than twice....hopefully something will happen to remove the requirement sometime soon.. Our room was fantastic .... Spacious... Very clean.. Housekeeping was great providing extra towels quickly when called...since we declined daily housekeeping...appreciated them coming in a speedy manner Our check-in was less than great..we were told to use a kiosk to check in instead of an actual front desk person and I wish we had done self check in..the woman who checked us in was so disengaged...like she could have cared less...when I asked if we had a strip view...she said no...never offered to sell up an upgrade which we were willing to pay for So the hotel lost $$$ on that... Pretty sure management would like to sell any upgrade possible. Especially since their business isn't anywhere near pre covid levels

    I have been going to Bally's for a long time, however, I had a very sour experience this trip. My room was not serviced the entire time I was there. I was told by the desk that it is because they don't have staff available to service the rooms. I saw the service people on the floor but they were only servicing rooms where guests departed so they could refill the room. That is not acceptable to paying customers.

    I had mold in my shower. Elevator buttons were not cleaned any of the 4 days I was there, either were any hand rails. The window in my room actually opened up an inch, we found out because it was open when we got there and it wouldn’t close all the way.

    The location was great, lots of places walking distance and didn't have to take my car out much which is always a plus. Rooms were nice with some minor wear and tear. Be aware, no valet parking at this time which made arrival a little more difficult. Overall, had a good stay!

    Good/Great: Parking, location, view, cleanliness, room size, Check in. Minor: tv too small. Major issue: ?? brazenly strolled out vent - I expected to see Siegfried & Roy following behind! It was too late in the evening to call for a room change. I put it down humanely and went to bed. Not a huge deal but enough to make us reconsider another stay.
