    Was treated very rudely by staff. Rooms were filthy and reaked of cigarette smoke. Came to this hotel a year ago and had similar experience but decided to give them another chance. Once again was let down.

    The hotel is decent, good location. But a little far from the middle of the strip. Loved the 24 hour casino and the pool. Lots of things were limited because Covid-19 which is understandable personally think the room could have been cleanier and the tv selection was terrible as long as places to charge phones and other devices. Bathroom showers also could be a little nicer. Also no fridge, wasn't expecting that. Overall would recommend but probably stay somewhere else on my next trip as the price was just as high as better hotels

    Aside from the rooms being very out dated . My showered had mole, shower had rust , water was like warm, I had dust everywhere in my room, hair in the bathroom floor , blood or make up stain on the towel n a rip in the sheets . Tv turned off a few times after being moved three times

    We stayed here for 4 days and it was a great hotel and casino. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The only downside is there are no major amenities. We got a room upgrade which sounded nice till we figured out we simply got a different tower. Our room didn't have a fridge or decent television but seeing as how our room downtime was minimal it wasn't as big a factor for our stay. Overall it was nice and we will return.

    It had been a while since I have been to Las Vegas. The comp system is a bit different than when we used to be regulars. I was told that I can get my play rated and any comps would be deducted from my account. I was told to call the MLife desk and request this process. Given that I was told this after we checked out, I was assured that by calling I would still be able to get any comps deducted. When I called, the employee was very rude and said that there was nothing she could do. When I informed her that I was told otherwise she said too bad they were wrong. She did not even offer to look up my account for me. She basically said tough break and was quite short and rude about it. She said that the supervisor would not be in until Wednesday (3 days later). Again I was following what I was told by front desk. With this experience I was hesitant to call and get my play rated at the Mirage. However though I checked out a day before I called the associate looked up my account and realized I played enough to get my stay at the Mirage almost fully comped. I played a lot less at the Mirage. So as one can imagine I am extremely unhappy with the treatment I received from Excalibur and the associate who refused to help me a lead me to believe that there was nothing I could do.
