The room I reserved and did early check-in for was taken when I arrived. I had to walk all the way back and wait in a long line at the front desk to get another room. The room I received was dated and was not very clean. The signage in the hotel was poor and was challenging to find my way around this huge hotel (I think they were transitioning signs). It's a neat hotel, but I don't plan to stay there again.

Multiple staff were rude and unhelpful. You have to rent a refrigerator for your room. The shower drain was clogged so water wasn't draining and backing up. The toilet seat would not stay up. Elevators were beat up with access doors hanging open. This hotel has false advertising, on a TV screen in the casino is an ad for Public house restaurant with deals they no longer offer. Also, the buffet was limited in lunch options and mostly served only breakfast.

We had a tremendous saty at the Luxor we were upgraded with the upmost of kindness and it made my son's birthday one never to forget ..He also received a food and beverage credit for his bday ..Thank you and God Bless
Long line at checkin at 1am.

After a long day of travel it was very upsetting to not get checked in and in a room until after 1:30am.

I had a lay over in Vegas and took a credit for over booked flight-I usually stay at Other properties but MGM rewards accommodated me on short notice and saved the day
