Underwhelming Experience
Coastal44584907929 on Apr 20, 2024
The room was very nice at first impression. Wonderful panoramic window views. We even upgraded to the Suite. However, it's all about the details. No robes or extra blanket in the room. Only 2 of each towel stocked in the bathrooms. To use the coffee maker, it's $16 dollars, as I expected the resort fee would cover this!? The cleanliness is not there, with no attention to detail. The terry and bed linens were very mid scale. We paid and expected a Veags Luxury suite experience, but the experience was underwhelming. The pool area, was nothing special with most of the furnishings and towels below standard.
One of the best kept secrets on the strip

Consistently clean, quiet, chic, great value for the price, best Spa on the strip. Location is not a problem, with excellent Taxi and Uber service, plus has a tram station.
Quieter, cleaner, comfortable with a cool vibe

First, it's Delano like Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The hotel is quieter, relatively cigarette smoke free and conveniently close to Mandalay Bay, Luxor and the free tram to New York, New York. Every room is actually a spacious suite. The whole hotel has a W/Westin-type vibe. We also loved having access to the Mandalay pool amenities which is an easy ten minute walk through Mandalay Bay.
Best Hotel

This was the best hotel I have stayed at. The room was roomy and I slept like a queen. I would recommend this hotel for all your trip needs. Also, the amenities are fantastic and the staff was very helpful.
Disappointed in Overpriced Stay
Jen_Godin on Apr 15, 2024
This hotel boasts luxury, but it fell far short. A mini-fridge required an extra fee, toiletries were depleted, and basic amenities like robes, tea/coffee, and functioning iron were absent. The room had cosmetic issues (black marks, broken hooks) and suffered from noise pollution: strange noises all day and a loud party from above. Disappointingly, even the provided shampoo and conditioner were unusable for long hair. At this price point, I expected better quality toiletries and basic amenities. Other hotels, for significantly less, offered these extras and even a microwave in suites. To top it off, despite paying for a late checkout, I was locked out of the room mid-checkout with luggage in the hallway. The staff, however, was friendly and helpful, which was the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
