Kaos was closed thank goodness, so no noise issues. I didn’t mind staying off strip, definitely cheaper to use Uber btw. The casino was clean, service was very nice. Late evenings we sat at the bar at the Lucky Penny, bartenders were great and my husband loved the lobster roll. We were in the tower next to the social club and it really needs an update. They room was plain, nothing particularly special but nothing bad either. As a lady, my biggest complaint was the bathroom didn’t have a vanity mirror and the counter was too small for two people. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but wouldn’t say no if I got a good deal.

I had never stayed at this hotel in all my trips to Las Vegas and was a little nervous when people said it was no longer owned by the Maloof family. I was very pleased with my stay and it wasa great experience. The late check-in was easy and the room in the Fantasy Tower was pretty great (29th floor). Very nice bathroom, a sizeable mini bar, and perfect bedding. The only thing I thought was strange was no in-room coffee. For the price of these rooms, you'd think they would have pod coffee/tea or something. The breakfast from room service was very good and as much as I was annoyed a pot of coffee was $18, it was really good coffee. All of the food was excellent, and staff from The Lucky Penny, Greene Street Kitchen and the Damien Hirst bar were wonderful, as were the Pearl Theater staff. It's a little off the strip but nothing an Uber couldn't solve, and I kind of like that it was a bit out of the crazy zone. The art collection is quiet something, and they even have a James Jean mural at Send Noodles. The pool is under construction, but that's not a scene I would have taken part of, so I can't say anything on that. My only real complaint is how ridiculously loud the music is everywhere you go. I guess that's fine in the lobby and casino areas, but it was obnoxious at restaurants and in bar areas. It causes everyone to shout over the music because you can't hear anyone you might be sitting with -- so the noise levels get even worse. I'm retired from the music industry and go to gigs all the time, but I don't need blaring music from a speakers all around me while I'm trying to eat or have a drink with friends.

We stayed at a nonsmoking hotel nearby. Just walking through the casino I had to cover my nose the smoke was so thick. By the last day my body took a few hours to regain full breathing capacity. And I am very healthy! I spoke to the conference organizers about changing the venue for next year because of the smoke. The only reason I didn't give a 1 rating is that the food the hotel provided for dinner was excellent! Especially the desserts! First class.

I’ve stayed multiple times at this property; had yet to have a seamless experience. This stay takes the absolute horrible cake: THREE ROOM MOVES IN 1 DAY; finally had to take whatever was available - I booked a double. My roommate ended up staying elsewhere since no space. Utterly sh*t housekeeping standards - all 3 rooms had hairs all over the beds. Misplaced, found, lost again a large package - took 4 days to receive after I had to call again on the 4th day. Managers that can’t execute, no SOPs for different departments to talk to each other. Previously had less than stellar cleanliness in rooms - hairs on bathroom floor, etc. All of which led to me spending 8HRS NO FOOD, NO WATER, NO REST, NO SHOWER. This visit: Had to request new pillows since both beds had pillows that smelled “lived-in”. Very lived-in. Called, was given run around and then told by front desk erroneous hrs to visit business center office (which was closed). 2 days of waiting for a package they said they didn’t have, despite tracking info I had. Next day; had late night and found minibar not replenished with water (no turndown service). Turned on faucet to take medication - no cold water. Contacted front desk to ask about minibar & to report water issue but DO NOT SEND ANYONE until I call next morning. Get knock on my door right after I fall asleep. Poor engineer is just doing his job so I groggily waited until he left. Wake up next morning to find still no cold water. Hotel requests to move my room & keys will be delivered ASAP. Rushed to pack...no one came with keys for almost 2.5hrs. They still can’t locate package. After the initial room move (into a smaller room), was told emphatically that I must be present and available to receive package - they found it. Waiting, can’t leave - so no food or water. No answer to when it is coming but it’s “on it’s way”. Exhausted since very little sleep. Find pillows in new room “lived-in”, crusty stains on the middle bedside console & bathroom counter top. I order new pillows, ask for housekeeping to pls clean up a bit & update on package delivery. After another hr; decide to just lay down; FIND HAIR - long curly one just under the covers. Call front desk to request new room. Get extensive apologies from the various ppl that I have been talking to - they offer a larger room. Go in, bed area smells like bacon. Half the pillows stink. Bathroom mat is visibly dirty with black marks and footprint. Crusty bedside table top. Exhausted so I just want to lay down. FIND HAIRS BOTH BEDS, AGAIN - eyelashes and small curly hairs inside first bed. Second bed has even more hairs; short thick ones like someone just got a haircut and some long curly back ones. Have been very pleasant until now; finally flip out since I haven’t been able to leave hotel or room(s) to get food or take a shower to wait for keys and this package due to arrive any minute - which is missing yet again. Fielded call from irate bellman asking if I made a mistake since nothing in package room. Front desk apologizes yet again, asks if I need double room or if single will do. At this point I have barely slept, haven’t eaten, no water or showered for over 8hrs. I take whatever room. I request housekeeping manager to come up and view the sh*tshow personally. They lmk they are sending person up to view immediately. They end up hustling me into new room so I don’t know if anyone came up to see the disgusting mess. New room has a stained pillow but I just pulled it off because I can’t stomach moving a 4th time. By that point already canceled my entire day and dinner plans. Completely exhausted so just order room service - order a bottle of wine of Joel Gott; they bring me a glass of house red. The next day; not a peep from anyone, no message, no note nothing. Also still no package. I finally get a hold of someone at business center who says not their problem since they said they had it but different area, etc. - that whoever contacted should have known to email since they aren’t in office to answer the phone. I finally arrange for delivery to the room myself; FOUR DAYS LATE. Was offered piecemeal over all the calls to waive my resort fee and half my room rate, comp the water I took from minibar...I would prefer to send them an invoice for my time & patience wasted. Leaving a very thorough review since this is pretty unspeakable on all levels. Waited 2 days for someone to contact me. Kind of shocking since this is supposed to be the signature property for Station Casinos. Coming from someone who was part of luxury hotel opening team (front office), this is just completely unforgivable. Not to mention not trained dealers; had my 2nd terrible, grouchy, unfriendly unengaged dealer last night. AVOID this property COMPLETELY, do not pass go. (Pls do not send a sh*tty insincere canned reply from the “owner” like the ones being copied and pasted to yelp. It’s insulting & infuriating).

From the moment we had the valet park our car, we were treated as courteously and professionally as possible. Front desk personnel were efficient and quickly got everything ready for checking in. Upon entering elevators a security checked for room keys and added an0ther level of security for the guests. the rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. The views from all rooms are expansive and enjoyable and the choices for dining are extensive and cater to everyone's choices. The casino is large and comfortable. All in all an enjoyable visit and resort property. The show room is comfortable and intimate in comparison to thers.
