Just got back from our recent stay at the Pacifica and as always it was excellent. The resort never ceases to take great care of us. What I like best about the Pacifica is it’s just relaxing. We don’t do a lot of activities so being away from town and that pressure to be going all the time is not here. If you want to do activities, a short ride is all it takes. The pool staff takes great care of you, Fransisco and Zai were always ready for our requests and by the 2nd day knew what we wanted and it just would show up when we sat down. Amanda checked in with us each day to make sure there was nothing else we needed. Each morning I would get a prepared omelet by Edit Cortez and a good breakfast from the Siempre buffet where Cintia and Alexia greeted us by name. Not one bad meal in 12 days as we took advantage of the restaurants at Pacifica, the Sunset, room service, and the pool bar. Tips: Make at least a few reservations before you get there, be kind and gracious, and enjoy the hospitality.

The resort is super clean and the staff has made the trip so fun! Shoutout to Rafe, Alfredo, and Emma for making amazing drinks and entertainment for the week! The food has all been perfect and such good quality. Even the appetizers by the poolside were amazing! Great resort!

I loved the resort. Emma the host ever. Lots of fantastic workers. Great drinks. Would highly recommend coming to this resort because of the workers/host. Felt like I was at home the entire time. We stayed 5 days and was a lot of fun. Can’t wait to come back.

Emma was the best activities guy here!!! Had great personality and attitude with the guests:) The resort was so nice and clean and all service staff was friendly and attentive. Alfredo and Rafe at the bar were also amazing and Rafe made the best shots!

Florinda was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. The fish tacos were superb, and tortilla soup was amazing as well. The sangria and the Mojito with mango was also delicious. Florinda was so nice I will definitely ask her to be my server again!
