Shout out to Saul, Eduardo,Gilbert. So friendly, helpful and professional. Concierge are our Go To people for questions. Grandkids can be picky eaters, and we always found something fresh in the buffet for them. Plus lots of French Fries. There was many option for adult cuisine that was both tasty and looked great. Spicy if you like it that way! Pools are clean. Rooms are clean Not the biggest resort, but lots of heart

We recieved amazing service at luna restaurant from captian Saul and went out of his way to help us out on several occasions. Always had a smile on his face. Such a great person to be around. Always made time to check in with us and make sure all was ok. Made our stay at the hotel top noch.

We had amazing service while at the hotel captain Saul made our trip top notch by getting us a reservation even though the restaurant was full. Personal and friendly alway stopping to engage with us throughout our stay at the Hotel. Made us feel very welcome

Great People Great Service All Around A Grand Time - Omar & Montse provided a fun time by the pool - awesome people that work here - can wait to come back. Food was on point Great Buffet & The restaurant Luna was great.. Everything else is within walking distance restaurants & stores El Comer supermarket which is like Walmart literally across the street from the Resort just in case you forget to buy certain things for your trip…. Sun tan spray or lotion etc….

The service and all employees were very friendly and attentive. Very chill environment not too crowded if that is what you are looking for. My husband and I were not looking for a party atmosphere just somewhere to relax. Food was good nothing fancy but we had no issues. We were close to stores and other restaurants. Omar was amazing and so was Monses the pool aerobic instructor had a great personality
