Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

Place was very nice. Staff was amazing. Place was clean and someone was always either wiping down tables or spraying to kill any germs (COVID). As soon as you arrive someone is there to great you with hand gel also a mat to step on to wipe your shoes. Your bags stayed outside were someone sprayed them down to clean any germs as well.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel particularly with Covid. We were required to wear masks from place to place even in open air spaces. We were able to remove them once we were at our beach chairs or at our table for restaurants. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and there was minimal hotel staff entering our rooms.

My husband and I had this trip planned before Covid hit. We ultimately decided to go and were so glad we did! We have stayed here before and absolutely love this hotel. The food/restaurants are outstanding, the pool is enormous, clean, well maintained, and pretty. The beach is in 3 parts, beautiful and a long beach for walking. The grounds are gorgeous and also well maintained. The hotel has gone above and beyond to insure guests safety during Covid. There are many sanitizer stations, the workers are constantly cleaning and spraying down every surface ,the restaurant tables are socially distanced, everyone wears masks and the hotel provides the Covid tests required to fly back to the States right in house. We felt extremely safe there. Also a plus, its a short ride from the airport.

What a great time I had at Hyatt Ziva! OMG! The swim out room made a world of difference, having the private pool outside my room was so convenient. The jerk pork was tasty, I ate it every day without getting tired of it. The Wok Restaurant where Chef cooks your dinner while you watch was entertaining. Silver Birds Steel Orchestra amazed me, not only with their playing, but with their acrobatic dance moves. Marsha at the front desk was sooo pleasant, helpful and professional. I want to spend every weekend at Hyatt Ziva.

We went in Oct 2020 for the first time and were so impressed w the place and people and especially Covid protocols that we went back in January 2021 to get married at the gazebo on the beach. Denisha was very helpful with organizing the wedding that all we had to do was show up. So easy! Our butlers Jodi and Ricardo took such great care of us. Each morning they sent us what was open for the day and made reservations as needed. The airport was quick and efficient. Jamaica is taking the best Covid protocols and why we keep going back. We will return again this fall and stay at the Hyatt Ziva again.
