Stayed there for 5 nights last week. Hyatt Ziva with family 2 kids ( 7 & 11). Had a good time. Thought few spots of the resort looked old (carpet and few corners) and needed some upgrades. Overall the rooms and property were well maintained at all times and staff were nice and friendly. Food: Enjoyed every meal. The breakfast buffet at ChoiceZ was great..multiple omelette stations helped make it without much waiting. Staft were kind and always helping, was able to get fresh fruit juices everytime I asked. The best part of the buffett for us was the Indian station. Chef Israel was excellent and all the meals were tasty and with a lot of verities. My favorite was Asian fusion , high quality food and great options. Enjoyed Italian, lamb chops were great. Beach: I wouldn't go here for the beach alone, lots of seaweed and rocks..but they did a good job to islote few areas with rock boundaries to have fun. Pools: Well maintained, good service. Activities and entertainment during afternoon sessions were good. Had good food near by the pool at all times. Drinks: Apart from not having mint (for the most part) for mojitos, the staff were friendly and had different opitons to pick from with different menus at each location. Service was great and always with high spirits. Entertainment: Apart from MJ show..nothing seemed interesting for us..they could do some improvements here.

This was the best resort experience I have ever had. From the unlimited and amazing dining options to the incredible atmosphere provided and bolstered by the staff, I felt welcomed and truly relaxed. The entertainment at the pool and in the concert areas at night were engaging for all areas. Employees such as Gavin, Naseem, and Shoyalee truly made sure every guest was entertained and having a good time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say of the resort. The amenities were great and the room was always made up in a timely manner. Can’t wait to come back

Our family of four had a great spring break getaway at Hyatt Ziva. Food was good, service was friendly, and the amenities were great! The entertainment at the pool was a good time and the pool volleyball was a hit.

The Hyatt ziva is a very clean, safe, and luxurious resort. Food is excellent but dinner reservations are difficult to attain. I called in advance to get reservations and was told that I needed to provide a room number before making reservations. When I arrived, I had a very difficult time getting reservations at the Asian, Italian, and French restaurants. Additionally, there are very few poolside or beach lounge chairs available after 7:00, especially lounge chairs with umbrellas. Perhaps guests are paying hotel employees to reserve chairs or set your alarm clock for 5:45 am. If you do get reservations for dinner and are an early riser, you will Have an awesome stay at this beautiful hotel.

I highly recommend this resort. We travel a lot and the staff here was fantastic. We got great weather, which certainly helped. But, the food was excellent and the entertainment was really great for the whole family.
