Tasharrie is amazing! She was so friendly and my kids absolutely loved her! She is one of the reasons we will definitely be booking again! The entertainment team makes your stay fun, exciting, and memorable! Also special shoutout to Shamaoya, her voice during karaoke was so beautiful she is definitely a star! They both deserve raises off of experience and customer service alone! I felt at home!

Shout out to Nae Nae (genuinely would check in when she saw us and made a point of engaging my shy kid), David (@watersports and an all around kind, helpful guy ), Andrea (manager, food service), Royaje (bartender who kept my kiddo happy with custom drinks) and Mr. Entertainment (who made my kid's stay by the shout outs & recognizing him at social events). Resort is clean with staff always busy updating, maintaining, cleaning and tending to needs. Food selection is ideal for kids with buffet, frozen yogurt, fast food and sit down dinners.

My family & I have been going to Beaces for years. We are partof their loyalty program. The resort is beautiful and the staff is top notch right down to the lifeguards. Our daughter is finally turning 18 this year and we have been talking to them including the General Manager for years that we are planning to finally visit Sandals. We tried booking recently only to find out you cannot travel in a group of three. We were planning to get seperate rooms anyways but they have a policy of 2 people per room. Sadly and I say this with with sadness we are done with that chain for now and are going to explore other options. We just wished this was shared with us as we stayed at Beaches twice last year and not once was it mentioned we were were talking to them about it. Rating is only a 3 due to misinformation - Please be advised staff and resort is really good.

Below are some of my Pros/Cons of this resort: Pros: -Beach and the clarity of the water was perfect. We spent most mornings in the ocean. It was easy to have the kids swim in the water since it was so calm and shallow up to the swimming line. No need to worry about them while in the ocean. -Weather was sunny and low 80s every day. -We really liked the sushi restaurant and went twice. -We attended one of the night shows (water show) and it was amazing. The entertainment started at 8:30pm and we were all too tired most nights to participate since we got up so early. -Bed and room was comfortable Cons: -Overall the food was not impressive with the exception of the sushi place. -Drinks were also not impressive. Made only with syrup and no fresh fruit. When we were in DR last yeare all the drinks were made with some fruit. -Wait times for food and drinks varied by the day and restaurant. At one point we waited an hour for our dinner food with no one checking on us while we waited. The "tip included/no tipping" seemed to work against the customer experience. -The app listed dinner restaurants as open but when you show up they are closed. This happened multiple times. -One night Beaches hosted a Gala Dinner for returning guests outside our room in a courtyard. The speakers were right outside our window. I called multiple times because we couldn't sleep and the kids were scared. The kids go to bed around 7:30pm. The music finally stopped at 9pm. I went and talked to the manager the next morning and they said it's normal to have parties till 10pm with loud music. I was not impressed with how they handled the situation. They seemed annoyed I even brought it up. -The water in the lazy river was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom of the pool even though it was 3ft deep. We didn't spend any time in that area of the resort since the water in the pools was so dirty. For the amount of money we spent, I expected more from this resort and will not be returning. Words can not say enough about Beaches Negril….AMAZING Tropical paradise! From the moment you arrive you are greeted with warm smiles and cold refreshing lemongrass scented towels. No need to grab your bags…they have you covered. Just walk up and check in either the front desk or the concierge’s. . We checked in at the concierge’s and everyone in there was amazing…I had a ton of questions all week and they took care of everything and more….Amazing! The rooms…clean, comfortable, air conditioning. Taken care of daily and if you need anything housekeeping was on top of it! Thank you! Bartenders always greeted with smiles, laughs and great conversation….oh yeah they drinks weren’t bad either! lol! We rented a cabana…perfect choice we always do each year. It comes with a comfortable shaded cabana, four lounging chairs, towels for everyone, a full cooler of juices, waters, and pop and a wonderful cabana host. We had and always have Ms. June. We see here as part of our family now…she is the nicest person and perfect host. The food is wonderful. Love the additions of the food trucks on the beach. The pizza is amazing. Don’t forget to try the jerk chicken pizza if you go. The Jerk Chicken Hut on the beach can’t get enough of it. Sushi, Japanese, Peruvian, Mexican and even the buffet…the food was amazing. The nightly entertainment was spectacular. The water the water show performance was top notch!!!! Every night they had new entertainment, and everyone in our family, grown-ups teenagers and kids loved it all. Water sports….my kids went snorkeling and had a wonderful time. Last but not least…the Spa! My daughter and I enjoyed a lavender massage. We were completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to EVERYONE at Beaches Negril that made our family vacation so wonderful. Money well spent…See you next year!
