There are so many wonderful things I would like to say about the ENTIRE staff of this hotel. To start, the concierge was great. We came to the city for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Michael arranged for Prosecco and flowers. When we arrived, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was attentive and responsive. Finally, we had a medical emergency our last night and the security team (and housekeeping) were efficient and professional and kind. I don’t normally write reviews but the staff at this hotel were the best I have ever encountered (I travel regularly for work and stay at many hotels). They do their jobs well and seem happy and care for their guests. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Kenny, Darwin and Beth were absolutely amazing. Their service was top notch. We can’t wait to come back and stay here! Carlos was our server at the restaurant both nights we visited and he was just as amazing. We are bringing our adult children back next year and will definitely be staying here!!

This has been my fourth time here. I love this place. Rooms' furniture is high quality. Bathroom is well equipped and the shower is very comfortable. Room dimension is perfect and the building is charming and efficient. Location is wonderful and very convenient to visit lower Manhattan. If you like walking, you can reach a lot of interesting spots without taking cabs or transportation. The employees are very kind and professional. You can feel their willingness to give the guests the best possible experience. This will be again my place in NYC

Location good. Check-in really friendly. Bellboy not friendly and not polite (despite good tip), except for the tall guy at the very front door - he was LOVELY. I would hire him immediately if I could! Rooms cosy, clean and spaclous. Would recommend and will book again.

We had the good fortune to return to the Conrad, our favorite hotel in New York, as part of our Thanksgiving celebration. It was such a pleasure to be in this beautiful hotel with its outstanding staff. Everyone went above and beyond for the holiday and we will certainly be back. Thank you.
