Good place to bunk for a Disney visit

The Fairfield Inn is very convenient to Disney. It is walkable for easy return to your room for a break and lots of restaurants near by. Room on the 9th floor had great views and made the fireworks very easy to view but on the con side was a little annoying to try to put a kid to bed. The room did supply ear plugs but we didn't try that. We just worked around the bedtime and used white noise. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room to store drinks to bring to the parks. Room and amenities was pretty average though and shower not that great. Overall not too bad if you want the convenience of visiting the parks in the area.

Great location, decent price, and nice ammenities. There is a Panera sandwhich place right next to the hotel, and you can order your lunch and pick it up on your way out to Disney...awesome!!! Disney food is way over priced and not good (personal opinion:)

Great location but the room needed help

The location is perfect for Disneyland. Our room smelled of sewer gas. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. The odor was awful when you had to go into the bathroom. We alerted the front desk and they did nothing. If not for that it is a great location and could be great for families

Walkable to Disneyland But Room Quality Below Average

The distance to Disneyland is great. It allows you to get to the park early and to head back for a break in the afternoon. Room cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the room clean each day. However, the quality of the hotel room itself is below par for today's standard. The door opens to a balcony that is not secured to guests only. And you can hear the conversation of people walking pass the front of the room. As the same for the bathroom with loud plumbing noise when the neighboring room uses the faucet of the bathtub. Toilet tank leaked water. Also, the room is small without sofa or chair so it is tiring with nowhere to sit other than the beds. No microwave in the room, so it would suck if you don't stay on the same floor as the PizzaHut express with public microwaves. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend due to its room quality. If distance is important, I would try the Courtyard by Marriott next door.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for our Disneyland holiday. It is right across the street from Disneyland and we had a view of the park from our 9th floor room. We could see the fireworks right off the balcony in the evening. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient with Panera right in the parking lot and McDonald’s next door for meal options out of the park. What impressed me most was that the staff went over and above to help us when our daughter lost her Minnie Mouse. We were checking out and she lost it on the way down. We had to catch our shuttle so we unfortunately had to leave. As we were walking down the sidewalk, one of the employees (I wish I had caught his name) came running towards us with our daughter’s beloved Minnie. Thank you or helping to make our vacations to remember!
