I chose this hotel because I had received a special D23 member offer, and because it was so close to the Park entrances. We found that the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to park in the hotel lot for a lot less than Disney parking, the location is about a block away from the East Esplanade entrance, the room (Deluxe Room, 2 King Beds) was large, the beds were comfortable which is so nice after all day at the Parks, there was a couch and a desk with chair, and the toilet and shower were separate from the large vanity area which made getting ready easy for multiple people. We will definitely stay here again!

Kris at the front desk is Great!! Love his ties and matching bracelets. He was very helpful during our stay. The hotel grounds were very clean and the rooms are quiet and very close walking distance from Disneyland. The flowers are also beautiful and nice landscape. Thank you

Leo was the best! So helpful and sweet! The Anaheim hotel is the cutest spot and best for day parking for Disneyland! I use the spot to park every time I go to Disney. Having two kids and using a double stroller, it makes it hard to use the trams by myself, so I always park here and it’s super close and very walkable.

Leo the bell captain is AMAZING !! We were travelling with 2 small kids (2 yrs & 10 months) & arrived late in the day with a heap of luggage. Desk man told us they couldn’t help us with getting the luggage to our room & we couldn’t leave it unattended in the lobby as no-one could watch it. We eventually got to the room which was definitely comfortable & functional but a bit dated. It’s definitely location, location, location. The next day we met Leo!! This man can’t do enough for guests, he a bundle of positive energy. We hired a gopher/ shoprider from an outside company that delivered it to the lobby. He brought it right to our room & showed us how to use it. He is absolute legend, thank you Leo & I hope the Anaheim Hotel realise the gem they have in you

We have stayed at the Anaheim hotel time and time again. We love that it's just a short walk from Disneyland and the facilities are just so nice. The pizza press is delicious, and the lobby bar is just a nice addition. But what makes our experience better is truly the staff. The security guards at the front are always so welcoming and caring. And the front desk is always so helpful, especially Marissa. She's just been an angel! We will continue to come back, and recommend it to our friends and family.
