My husband and I visited this establishment earlier this month. Unfortunately we were far from impressed. Whilst a 5 star experience was not expected due the price, the state of the room felt unacceptable for a well known international brand such as Holiday inn. The room was met with the previous tenant's pair of socks along with a nonfunctional safe, mold on the roof corners, mold on the pillows, the balcony had mold spots on the floor and outdoor chairs. The air conditioner state as well is not up to standard. Due to the state of the room seen we felt uncomfortable to even eat food from the hotel. During the stay we got sick and suspect the mold had a massive part to play. Holiday inn please do better!

We found Holiday Inn after finding some not so great motels in the area. Not only are the rooms impeccably clean, the staff is kind and very helpful. Daniela was a joy to work with, she made booking and checking in very easy! We ended up booking an extra night as we were having such a great time and did not want to leave until we were flying home!

Victoria was excellent upon greeting us and very accommodating as my reservation for our stay needed to be adjusted. Very friendly great staff at this hotel . Food service and amenities were also excellent. Hotel has alot to offer . Pools cleaned every morning just a real pleasure to stay. No complaints at all. To all keep up the great work you all do everyday.

The pillows were nice, I’m glad we had a balcony view and were able to relax on the balcony. The pool is nice as well and the bathroom is very nice. I am glad to see dove products being offered as well instead of the usual hotel soaps and lotions that are terrible. I enjoyed my stay here, only thing is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned because it has a weird smell.

I have been to holiday inn hotels all over Canada while I travel professionally. We decided to try this hotel for our one night stay before checking in to Disney. To say I'm glad we chose it would be an understatement. This hotel gives you a resort vibe at an affordable price. The rooms are so clean, salt water pools were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was so good and allowed us to bring our dinner and eat on the pool patio..lovely!!! Safety is a big concern for us and we felt so safe on this property. The real star of my stay was the ladies at the front desk. Victoria G is an absolute pleasure she was able to get us a balcony room so we could sit outside and enjoy the evening while my daughter slept. Victoria G was sooo polite and accommodating she should be commended for her customer service. There was also another lady on the counter ..I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a white blouse...when the arcade machine that isn't even managed by the hotel stopped working...she brought a stuffy for My daughter. This property would be an excellent choice if staying in Orlando off disney. Victoria G and the other front desk staff...Bravo!!!!
