We stayed for 10 days in February and the room we had was a one bedroom. The layout was nice and was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The bedroom was large enough for us and had a hot tub, the bed was comfortable and everything was in good working order. The entry to the room has a broom closet with a stackable washer and dryer which came in very handy. The kitchen had a full size fridge, an oven, a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There were dishes enough to serve four, and the basic items to do some cooking. The living room had a pull out sofa bed that was good for children but an adult might not find it very comfortable. The bathroom was ok although the shower pressure was not the greatest. There are many different pools and hot tubs plus the water park to use if you are taking a day to stay around the property. The hours for the water park were a little short but we still got some time to use it. They also have a gym that is pretty well equipped and has plenty of space to workout. Overall we were very comfortable in our room and the staff were all very nice. This is a timeshare but we were never pitched. There was some renovation going on, on the other side of the property but we never heard any noise or really saw any disturbances. Our unit was in great shape and was very up to date. I would never buy a timeshare, but this was a great place to stay for our vacation.

We were not allowed to finish check in until we "met" their timeshare seller who did a really hard sell for us to "make an appointment" for a time share sales pitch. They offer you a $100 "gift card" which is definitely not worth your time. If you want to waste time on a time share sales pitch go across the street and get $200. The room had an attached entrance to another room and we had to hear those people coming and going all day and night. Its like a motel. Good parking and the grounds are clean. The pool was a bit crowded and are a ling stupid walk from ALL buildings because they are the backside of the building and there are no signs or trail to get there you just have to walk all the way around your building. The room was nice with a kitchen and nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. However the air conditioner is very loud coming on and off all the time and its hard to sleep. Plus the walls are thin and we got to hear conversations all the way from the pool to the neighbors. And the duct work is shared so we got to smell EVERYTHING happening in next door rooms like pot smoking and stinky dinners. Great location though with lots of close Walmart and restaurants. DO NOT eat on site as the restaurants are horrible and WAY WAY overpriced

Disappointed, terrible service, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, we requested a cleaning but told it would be 2 days, so we took out dirty linens and towels and requested clean one for temporary. We then had to make up our own beds and towels…. Coffee pot was broken, had to request a new one, then cleaning staff never showed up as promised on Monday @10 am, so we called and they showed no record of cleaning booking, told us it want due until a 2nd week began, and we explained it hadn’t been cleaned before we moved in. Now both in house phones are dead and the IT dept has no idea when they will be fixed. Since arriving on Saturday the main water park has closed its main pool early every day. Our son was in another room and their oven door fell off, and they waited until 1030 at night to have it fixed, also their dishwasher has never worked. This is our 2nd stay and we have always had problems , the last time the internet did not work as well, they gave us compensation vouchers to use in the local businesses that they reused to honour. This time internet is up and down continually sighting us out. If you are planning to buy a time share due your due diligence before spending the money, this could be a great resort but management doesn’t seem to care.

As Westgate Owners, we love our home resort! The town center has so much to offer. We always enjoy our stays here. Everyone is always so welcoming. We stayed in the 5000 building and our unit was beautiful and very clean. We can’t wait to return!

I truly was enjoying my stay. Since it was going to be a brief extended weekend stay, I mapped out a relaxing but fun filled itinerary. We are celebrating my son's birthday. Today, Saturday is our last day here. We had a full day yesterday so the plan was to sleep in and relax before a super early departure. That plan went out the window when the shrill ring of the phone woke us up. I was so startled I couldn't go back to sleep. My son saw how upset I was and went to speak with the caller and his manager. They were unapologetic and passive aggressive. Immaturely making faces, they simply stated, it was just their policy. Since we weren't interested in taking a tour, there was nothing they could do. We should've put our phone on do not disturb. As if we should've expected this intrusion that stole over 3 hours of sleep and relaxation. This is unacceptable, but I guess if they're not making money or a sale, we're not important and it's ok to hijack our vacation. In the end, a single serving of tacos was given to "apologize". This does not make up for anything. So heads up if you don't want to be woke up and strong armed into a sales presentation, put your phone on do not disturb. It's a shame the sales team completely changed our amazing vibe to meh. When my family, friends and colleagues ask about Westgate Town Center, I'll have to suggest someplace else. As a owner of two other properties, I would not consider purchasing or staying here in the future. I am deeply disappointed.
