    We really like this place , big and clean abd great food, servis was outstanding, Ice from concierge was best, very helpful person and so nice,Martha maid our room clean and shiny every day, made a lot of nice thing for kids from towels, Bellboys Paco, Alan and Juan made our life easier a lot, weel done boys a relaxed completely, great stuff, 10stars for workers and 9 stars for food and drinks, delfin swimming is also on property

    I didn't have too high of expectations coming to a resort with less than 10% occupancy in the midst of a pandemic. However, the staff were there for you at every turn willing to go the extra mile to make it a dream get away. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the Bellboy JUAN who made us feel right at home and had such an amazing personality. Our maid IRMA was willing to make sure we had everything we needed in our room and kept it nice for us each day. ICELA and DIEGO were always at the concierge desk ready to answer any and all questions to make our stay and were very friendly every time we passed. RAFAEL found us out by the beach and hooked us up with an exceptional day in the spa. 3 hours at the spa in the middle of paradise! I will definitely be coming back to this resort!

    Great service at the buffet

    Some notes about the buffet: Cons: The menu was a bit repetitive (though very good). and fruits were lacking variety (just melon and watermelon). With Covid and like 15% hotel occupancy, it's really understandable as for why. Pros: Great service at the buffet, especially by Capitan Oscar Pech. His custom-made plate of fruits was the reason why I was leaving the buffet happy every time. Thanks to Oscar and his colleagues, I didn't feel any lack of healthy food daily. Thanks a lot!

    Having visited this hotel in the midst of Covid, we were initially unhappy. You pay full price, but half of attractions are closed, buffet menu is limited, and a la carte restaurants are only like 3 per week (not unlimited as Expedia said). However, thanks to our Concierge Julio Mendozu Vargas, we will come back again. He made all the effort to rectify the situation and make us happy. Julio really stepped up his game and provided a lot of extra value. This kind of personal treatment we don’t usually get in the US, even with Marriott category 6. Good to see people putting in work! Way to go, Julio!

    I’ve been to Cuba many times and I was expecting something different from this resort. First staff were kind and bent over backwards. Food was no better than Cuba. Very repetitive buffet meals. Grounds were clean but rooms were very musty! They needed some work! This hotel pushes their timeshares a lot and if you even express any interest they will continue to ask everyday! As a single parent with two young children I paid a decent amount of money to come here and felt I was treated second rate to those with the “black bracelets” (members/timeshare). This hotel is supposed to have premium booze. Not true at all. They had some JW Red and some 7 year old Cuban Rum however trying to get some was next to impossible. Had to beg one night for some Havana Club and when I turned my back they poured garbage and never even opened he Havana club! That isn’t cool!! I’ve got one more night at this resort and I can’t wait to go home, quarantine and then go to Cuba The beach here is BAD. I’m not sure if I was expecting more from Mexico but I did NOT get it!
