It’s all about the kitesurfing for us.

We have come three times now and it’s all because of the amazing kitesurfing lessons and general kite supervision. Everyone at the Surf Shack is amazing and rooting for you to succeed but Linus has gone above and beyond to support our kiting progress every time. His insight on the subtle things that will result in progress has been bang on each time. Can’t wait to come again.
Kite surfer’s dream place

I can not recommend Coconut Bay Resort and Spa any higher! The staff is superb. From the welcome at the front desk to the smiles in the restaurants to the wonderful staff at the kite surfing shack…Coconut Bay is my “Go To” place in Saint Lucia! The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfy. The food is excellent. The grounds are neat and well maintained and there’s plenty of sports and activities to make me smile! I’m a kite surfer and pickle ball/tennis player and this is the place to be. You kite right from the property; walk up the beach to the shack, grab your gear from their storage, pump up your wing or kite with their air compressor and you’re off! The staff at the shack are super helpful and fun to be around. Linus, Stan, Notis, Jeremy and Andre couldn’t be any nicer. See you at Coconut Bay!
Something for everyone!

I’ve stayed at this resort with my family in 2021, and again here with friends in 2024. The staff are great! Everyone was helpful and kind. The resort is well kept, and beautiful. There are plenty of options of food, bars, and activities. The food is as expected for an all inclusive. The restaurants that require a reservation are very good. There enough bars around the hotel to not have to wait in crazy long lines and the bartenders are great. The resort has plenty activities, and a great variety for everyone. For kiteboarders, there is a kite shack on the beach with helpful staff to help with your gear, launching and landing, and lessons are available if you want to learn or just brush up on skills. Linus was the best! He has a great attitude, friendly and helpful, and even though I did not take a lesson, he gave me some tips to help with my kiteboarding. Truly one of the best!
Excellent hotel

This was our first time visiting St Lucia and Coconut Bay. From the moment we landed we fell in love with the Island. Coconut Bay Resort includes transfers from the Airport to the Hotel which was a great bonus. Transfer took less than 10 minutes. We were greeted with a rum punch on arrival which was very nice. We stayed Concierge so on check in we were given a drinks menus to choose our preferred liquor for our room and got 1 bottle per adult. We also got asked what refreshments we would like in the room fridge, beers and sodas and water. We stayed in Splash Concierge on the top floor. Rooms were plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very clean, bathroom could do with a revamp but was very clean nevertheless. Food in all the restaurants was excellent, our favourite restaurant was Silk. During the day our teenage daughters loved Fitflops for the food and husband loved the Jerk Treehouse. We booked a day trip through the hotel and did the Pitons, botanical Gardens, waterfalls, volcano and sulphur springs. Our tour guide was ‘coco stick’ who was brilliant. There are plenty of sellers on the beach offering trips but we were a bit weary of using them so used the hotel to be safe. Cocktails at the resort were very good and some very strong but enjoyed them all without any hangovers. We’ve booked to stay at this resort again in November as we all enjoyed it so much and hopefully we will do a few more tours around the beautiful island.

This hotel is truly your home away from home. It’s well kept really clean and the staff are amazing. This was my 14th stay and look forward to returning again. The food has always been good but this year went even better. The staff are genuinely happy to see you and talk to you with interest. You go into coconut walk and the smile and welcome from Shekina starts you off well then Emmi cooks up a great breakfast with an equally happy warm welcome it doesn’t stop there go for breakfast on the veranda and Nichole and team are equally as friendly or into the restaurants in the evening and Neptune awaits with a friendly smile. I could almost name all of the staff as they are all warm and friendly. People talk about the sargassum but I still swam in the sea every day it’s only grass and nature but cbay clean it up as quickly as they can.
