    My new go-to!

I spent three nights at this property while in Vancouver on business. I have been to Vancouver many times but had never stayed at this hotel. However, it may well be my first choice from now on! First, check in was friendly and seamless - I had checked in online before arriving so it was a simple matter of showing ID and picking up my key. Hotel services were well explained. I had been upgraded to a corner king, and it was a wonderful room. Spacious while still being cosy, clean, a nice bathroom, great bed and amazing view. The TVs worked well and I got on Netflix easily, and the workspace was great. There were also lots of outlets, both for plugs and usbs. I did use the Bonvoy app to order food while I was there, and that also worked really well. I found the prices reasonable and service was on time. Finally, the hotel was very well located, right beside Gastown and just a block from the sky train. Recommend!

The hotel rooms were recently renovated into small suites. The decor looks great. The bed and pillows are about the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The front desk staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. It has all the amenities for business or pleasure. There was a letter from the manager promoting room service ordering via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Unfortunately, it did not allow me to add any items to a cart or to checkout. Needs more work. When I tried phoning '0' to order food, it just rang for ages. I gave up. Still, I'd go back anytime I plan to be in downtown Vancouver.

In the heart of Vancouver, this hotel is perfect for walking to the sights in downtown. Very quiet and lovey hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very comfy beds! Infused water and fruit available in lobby. Safe surroundings and lots to see within 30 min of walking from hotel.

Good hotel, with a great location. We had an urban kitchen suite, and so did not use the resraurant (which I think was in a temporay location, pending completion of renovations). However, we were disappointed that we were expected to use disposable paper cups for in room tea/coffee. At this price you expect china - notwithstanding the environmental implications of single use throwaway cups! Staff on the front desk were very helpful - esoecially when we had a problem with the public parking lot next door (thank you Brad!). It should be noted that the hotel parking charge ($37 per night) is a considerable markup on the price of the adjacent public car park which they use.

This hotel was a great find! The price was excellent value for money. The rooms were very spacious with a bedroom and separate living room. Recently renovated - felt like new! And you cannot beat the location. Your are steps away from Gastown, the harbour, Robson etc. The downsides are that the hotel was a little noisy. I could hear noise in the hallway from my bed. And there are a lot of homeless people and junkies on the streets nearby. But that’s not a problem with the hotel, it’s a Vancouver-wide problem that has only gotten worse in recent years.
