Superb service

Used this hotel for a 2-week staying Skiing with friends. The hotel were extremely accommodating, the services and amenities were very good with access to a pool, sauna and three jacuzzi's. The best part of all was the shuttle service to and from the slopes that saved a 10-15 minute walk, this ran every 10 minutes or so and dropped you right by the slopes, and picked you up again if you were back and done before four. The cleaners came round every couple of days and cleaned everything, dishwasher on, new towels / robes and bedsheets and the room was spotless when we came back. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at if you're visiting to Ski.
Well worth a visit

Great hotel, spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff with the added bonus of having the fabulous brickworks on the doorstep. Delta delivered to help us celebrate a milestone birthday with a room with a view, a personal card and some chocolate - thank you, we’ve had the best time and can’t wait to come back
Nice Hotel, Could Use Some TLC

We (2 couples) stayed here from Tuesday - Monday for a ski vacation. It’s a generally nice hotel and a very conveniently location, but some items in the rooms seem to be a bit worn down - likely due to general wear and tear + some inconsiderate guests Cons: the shower diverter was very stuck on the room with the tub, we arrived after midnight so I wasn’t about to call maintenance then, but they came later. One of the coat hooks fell off the wall (maintenance call #2). The dryer in our unit was sometimes a challenge to use because the door mechanism wasn’t always making the connection that the door was closed. The start button on the dishwasher was cosmetically broken. The stove/oven wouldn’t work - turns out the fuse tripped during a prior guests stay (maintenance call #3). If you book the double room suite (which can sleep 6 including the pullout couch) there is not enough seating for 6 people in common areas. Kitchen table is for 4 and living room has one couch for 3 + 1 chair. Our room was on the top floor next to the elevator so we constantly heard it going up and down - was a bit disruptive while sleeping. It was also very warm even with the heat turned off. We had the doors and windows cracked most times we were in the room. Random things: we had to ask for a sponge to hand wash some dishes (and water bottles we packed), as well as more paper towel and a baking sheet. Our rooms weren’t serviced one day for unknown reasons, another day they emptied the trash but didn’t replace the liners which was odd. For some reason our room didn’t have the complimentary robes everyone was wearing at the pool so we had to ask for them. Kitchen is strangled equipped, mostly basics. Pros: location, overall amenities. Nice touch to have composting bins in the kitchen. The filtered water machine in the lobby was so helpful and had really nice options - still, sparkling and 4 flavors too. Staff were friendly although we sometimes got mixed information. The hot tub and pool were nice (although I wish the pool was warmer). Locker rooms were very helpful to shower before we departed. Shuttle was very convenient to get to the mountain, albeit at times extremely crowded and others not at all. The drivers Stephen and Matthew were very nice as well
Location great. Everything else blah

Location is top notch. It most everything else is blah. As many reviewers noted the property is very tired. Maintenance appears to be a low priority. Staff seems to be mostly ski bums and that is encouraging. But training appears to be minimal and interactions with staff seem like a high school event. Would I stay again? Probably not unless the property gets a significant upgrade.
A good hotel with nice suits to suit families

I was a little nervous about our stay due to some of the reviews, however I must say our stay was excellent. We stayed in a one bedrooms suit for 3 adults. The accommodation was just as we expected. Clean, warm with a fabulous comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom. Our son who is 6 foot 4 slept on the bed settee which was adequate. I liked the two door bathroom, so we could enter the kitchen area without having to disturb our son. The cleaning staff were excellent, with daily cleaning to a high standard. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. Check in was very smooth, we had to ask for a quilt for the sofa bed, but that was delivery very quickly, sheets and pillows had been provided within the room. The pool and the hot tubs were very welcomed after a day on the slopes, but could get busy at times, a shame that some visitors took there own drinks to the hot tubs and assumed them as their personal use, but we still managed to enjoy the facility.
