Always a great stay! We love this hotel for our local date night staycations! The location is perfect for shopping and dining in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Location can’t be beat! And service as always impeccable! We love the hotel bar as well. Great for a night cap.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4. We had a spacious room and it was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and my kids loved the little scavenger hunt. We had requested a crib when booking, and I called a few days ahead to ensure it was noted on our booking but it wasn’t in our room upon arrival (which also was several hours passed our 1 year olds bedtime). It took a bit of chasing to get it but we finally got it about an hour after we arrived. I wish it was in our room upon arrival. Otherwise our stay exceeded our expectations and we will be staying again in the future.

Fairmont Vancouver is central to restaurants and places to go to in downtown. The building is well kept though may need a few refurbishing here and there. We stayed for 7 nights but was taken aback when the suite we booked was right above the gym. Certainly they do not expect us to endure the early morning sounds of the gym for the entire week! The staff was quick to move us however it was to a much smaller suite. Nevertheless it was a quiet room. The saving grace was the outstanding staff- from door man to bell, to housekeeping, all catering to our asks. And the beautiful tea room for the cherry blossom aftn tea.

What we loved - great location near shopping and restaurants - beautiful, old world charm - very friendly and helpful staff - specious room, good value for the price -lovely birthday amenity -yummy room service breakfast What was not so great - dated room - small bathroom but functional - long wait for valet - long wait at check in - inside door latch was broken - very noisy hvac system We had a good stay overall but might try another fairmont property on the next trip to Vancouver.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. It was my second stay there. I loved every minute of it. Not only were the rooms really clean but they are also very comfortable as well. When I checked into the hotel they were very busy and the staff handled it efficiently. I even got a complimentary upgrade to my room which I really appreciated. I found the staff to be really friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely recommend to anyone else as well.
