    Alberto at Yama was amazing. He clearly loves what he does and makes you feel right at home. The food was also delicious. Alberto made excellent food recommendations and made our dinner perfect. Thanks Alberto!

    This hotel is stunning and provides such a great relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and the service is exquisite. My husband and I were treated to a particularly memorable dinner where there was candlelight and roses and a delicious meal. Hernan & Edgar provided wonderful service in coordinating this dinner. The resort has wonderful facilities and an amazing picturesque view of the pool and ocean. Far exceeds the pictures on their website.

    My wife and I enjoyed 10 nights at Le Blanc for our annual marriage celebration trip. We continue to be swept off our feet every time we visit this piece of paradise. We upgraded to the Governor’s Suite and you could not have asked for a better view – sunrises over the water in the morning and sunsets from the balcony in the evening. Palace continues to make minor tweaks to the menus and uses of technology, all of which have been noticed and appreciated. We especially liked the new Terrace menu and tablets for selecting wines! However, what brings us back every year is the people. You have the most amazing staff we have ever met!! It is always wonderful to catch up with familiar faces who have become old friends such as Israel, Lucinda, Jeanette, Marco and Laura to name a few. They always make us feel so welcome to be “home” again. Mauricio took care of us poolside in the mornings and put a smile on my face every time I saw him. Every day we were blessed by the hardest working group of fellas you will ever meet on the beach – Henry, Carlos and Hernando. Thanks again for creating a special place for us away from everyone else! ?? Daniel and Raphael made the trek to our chairs frequently and often anticipating our needs. We brought friends of ours to Le Blanc for 5 of the nights. They were already amazed and then this happened: they had been asking a couple of staff people what gift to bring home to a Mexican friend who lives in the States. The next day, Melissa and Carlos (bartender) showed up on the beach with a gift bag of Mexican candies. Our friends were blown away! Another special memory was the off-menu meal prepared by Rene and organized by Manuel in the Italian restaurant. Manuel had sprinkled rose petals on our table and taken care of the menu complete with wine pairing. And then close to the end of our trip, Jorge found us in passing and sang us a beautiful love song in Spanish. You can’t ask for anything more! Every morning, my dear sweet Isabel works tirelessly making fresh omelets for guests. She makes the most delicious breakfasts and always with such kindness. The morning wait staff, Erick and David, learned our cravings and greeted us at the table knowing what we wanted (one double espresso, one cappuccino, two green juice, water). My wife and I each enjoyed 80 minute massages at the spa multiple times during our stay and I have to say that Leticia Novelo gave me the best massage I have had in years. Finally, we had a couple issues come up during our stay, which is going to happen, and I was very appreciative how Elizabeth in public relations handled our issues with apology and graciousness. The Rock Legend band was fantastic. I just wish they had played twice during our stay. We released turtles one evening, which is a fun experience. Another fun experience is hitting the Chocolaterie in the evening after dinner where Angelica will prepare a fresh crepe made to order – Nutella and bananas please! Can’t wait to return in 2020!!

    Best All-Inclusive Hotel

    The attention to the smallest details make a huge difference. Imagine if you stayed at a place where every small details are covered! Anticipating your need before you even knew that you needed it. That’s LeBlanc. For example, it was my wife’s birthday, the second time we ate there at the Italian Restaurant, Rene (Chef) remembered us and made a delicious off-the-menu meal for her. These are the types of details that make your stay even more wonderful.

    Our ‘Home Away from Home!’

    We are just home from our week long stay at Le Blanc Cancun, and all we would change is to still be there. Everyone at the resort is friendly and helpful. The recent renovation is beautiful, and evident throughout the property. Roger, our DC, arranged everything for us in advance from spa reservations to restaurant reservations. He is wonderfully efficient and attentive from beginning to end. Joaquin picked us up with a big smile, despite it having taken us almost two hours to get through the unusually long line at immigration. We had some wonderful waiters; David and Candelario greeted us with our usual breakfast and lunch beverages, kept us laughing, and helped us with our Spanish. Vanessa greeted us at the door every day with a big smile and swept us off to our table. Gustavo was there every morning to help out David and Candelario, keeping us flush with coffee and our favorite ‘green juice.’ We couldn’t help but notice Alfredo, a restaurant manager who was absolutely everywhere, making sure that all was well for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our three dinners at Blanc, serving authentic Mexican cuisine. Our excellent waitress Karelia served us the first night, and we requested her each night we returned. She is efficient and so knowledgeable about the dishes, she was able to explain every choice and make recommendations. Our complements to the chef, especially for his rendition of our most favorite Lime Soup! We had a number of awesome Butlers, each one greeting us, making our arrangements, and helping us with our Spanish. Many many thanks to Alejandro, Antonio, and Alfredo. We met Alfredo, the director of Activites, who works tirelessly entertaining everyone. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show! Our favorite spot to hang out is the Luna Pool, and Dana had us set up in our usual spot every morning, and along with Ivan kept us well fed and hydrated! And so we left our second home, Joaquin again driving us to the airport, already missing everyone at Le Blanc and planning our next stay.
