Had an amazing time, service was amazing, food was great, amenities were great. Luis Duran was our personal concierge and was absolutely incredible. Cruz the bartender was awesome, same as Francisco at the pool. Everyone went above and beyond for us and even were gifted a couple things as it was our honeymoon.

Excellent service from all the staff but of course we had our favorites. Karen is the absolute best pool side server so find out where she’s working and get chairs poolside in her section! Or go visit Francisco at the poolside bar (top side) and ask him to make you a Sassy! Our favorite restaurant server by far was Tomas at Himatsu… we stopped there expecting to grab sushi and go but he helped us try new things and took excellent care of us! Overall service at Secrets Playa Mujeres was excellent! 6 days was not long enough. Hate we have to leave tomorrow to go back to the real world.

Excellent all-inclusive! Easy to sit and relax and have drinks (Francisco is an expert mixologist) or food brought to you poolside. Karen (one of the pool staff) is AWESOME! The food and drinks are phenomenal, some of the best service I’ve had across Hyatt all-inclusives including Ziva/Zilara brands. The restaurants are great, with access to both Secrets and Dreams. The Brazilian steakhouse at Dreams will leave you in a good coma! Tomas at Himatsu Japanese restaurant was our favorite evening staff by far! We didn’t have the tepanyaki (hibachi), we sat at the table, and had a more diverse menu. The Dragon Sushi and spring rolls were really good.

We had a fantastic time! We love the staff and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!! We love Jesus Avila, he was especially helpful and wonderful! We will be returning to visit our friends! I would definitely recommend Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort!!!

My fiancé and I came for our baby moon, and it was magical. The staff treated us like family and were just as excited about the baby. The beach was very clean and enjoyable. We especially loved the cabanas overlooking the beautiful blue water with staff who waited hand&foot ensuring we enjoyed ourselves. Each restaurant had a uniquely delicious menu and ambiance. The pools and shared areas were very well maintained. Highly recommend! A very special thank you to Adrianna, for lighting up every time we saw each other and was an absolute delight to be around and talk to. Martha, for the excellent service and company. Marcella, who also was a joy and light to be with. Thomas, for the excellent service and fun riding to and from each part of the resort. Diego, for being so accommodating and welcoming. Overall thank you Secrets for all the love this trip, we can’t wait to be back!
