    Situated in a perfect location in the middle of Fifth. Beautiful well maintained rooms and very good service. The price was very high end, especially if you do not use their breakfast or other snack options.

    Booked a Patio suite and it was great! Spent my birthday there and although it was a king bed we had a large patio balcony overlooking the pool area. Very welcoming. Lots of restaurants near by. Had such a great time I took Max advise and booked over at the Club Level for another stay. Wow what an experience. Was escorted over by a wonderful bellhop and greeted by Christian at check in. Flawless and informative, he gave us a tour off the rooftop after we got settled. Was able to get us into Ocean Prime for a table when none were available online and suggested amazing drinks and menu items. Went upstairs for a night cap and he was kind enough to bring my wife a warm blanket as the temperature “dipped”. It was glorious. Lounge attendant very attentive and welcoming. Vicky was amazing at checkout and guided us to a great breakfast spot on 3rd. Top level service and again highly recommend it

    Boutique experience in the heart of Naples

    Check into this small yet plush hotel and feel like royalty!! The staff were kind and abundant. Note there are two buildings here - one “hotel” with a lobby area and rooms surrounding a pool, the other building of “suites” with a central reception and breakfast/cocktail area. We stayed in the suites and appreciated the privacy and ability to grab snacks or a light breakfast without fuss. The hotel is observing strict social distancing rules for the gym so you need to register in advance to get a time slot, which can fill up quickly. Pool area seemed nice and well attended. The secret was finding a quiet hot tub on the roof of the building with suites. Stress free travel!!

    We pulled into Naples early evening with the art festival just ending and the concierge made so simple to move around and check-in quickly! We were greeted by Rubin first, valet, as he summarized how to check-in and guided us where to go! Luis at the front desk walked us across the street to club level and introduced us to Vicky! She (Vicky) was sweet, detailed, and gave us the run down while welcoming us to the 5th! The lounge was warm, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything from sun up until bedtime! Christian Hernandez smoothly made our experience feel “at-home” while spoiling us with tremendous service. He booked our boating reservations, dinners, adventures, and everything in between while we sat back to throughly enjoy our time in Naples! Without his suggestions I don’t think it would have been nearly as wonderful! Our car was always available within minutes with just a phone call from Christian! The housekeeping and food service in the lounge was tidy and completely willing to help however possible! I give the hotel a 10 out of 10. Only one suggestion would be: a hotter shower with more water pressure:) Thanks to all that made our stay memorable! ??

    Poor COVID Safety in lobby and around pool by guests

    They are not taking the COVID 19 safety precautions seriously at this hotel. There are often guests in the narrow lobby moving about without mask—even though there is a city mandate. A mentioned this twice already to front desk staff and they shrug it off. Also, employees can be seen leaving a small area near back door without masks. Don’t visit until they get this in order—especially at $500 per night.
