Excellent venue in the heart of the action!

Mike O on Apr 18, 2024

The pool and location are outstanding. It is directly in the center of a vibrant retail destination. Friendly staff all around. The Club Level Suite was fantastic for a family of four with tremendous space in the room, but more importantly tremendous shared amenities. There is a 24 hour rooftop with a jacuzzi (when you need a break from the kids) as well as the daily complimentary breakfast and afternoon hors d’oeuvres plus bar! The knowledgeable concierge assists in any of your needs. All around excellent venue.

Very Good Hotel In A Great Location

DCA2113 (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin) on Apr 18, 2024

This hotel has a great location in the heart of Naples, within easy walking distance of great shopping and dining. Although our room was a little "tired" it still was a very nice room; it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool area is very inviting. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Maybe we are overly anticipating.

Average at best. Checkin was ok. Room was ok. Cleanliness was ok. Breakfast was sub-par. Rooftop, hot tub was subpar,. At checkout, they didn’t even ask “did you enjoy your stay?” Concierge however was pleasant and friendly. Inn on fifth Avenue definitely is overrated.

Nice but not for the price

jujon313 (Novi, Michigan) on Apr 08, 2024

The front desk staff, specifically Luis was rude and less than helpful at check-in. Later in the day when he saw us in the lobby he did apologize for his behavior. I appreciated that, but it doesn't negate what happened and how rude he was. The hotel is really a 3.5 start hotel and for the price point, there are so many very small/minor things that could make it much better. The room was rather clean at least from the looks of it. The floors were clearly not mopped properly, I wore white socks and they were filthy after the first day. And, don't look under the bed - SO gross, it clearly was only cleaned maybe once every 2-3 weeks. There were dust bunnies, pills, small pieces of paper, etc. The marble floors in the room are beautiful, but they're slippery, it's a disaster waiting to happen, especially in the bathroom! The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. After the first night we asked if there were other pillow options, they did bring a few but for some reason all of the pillows essentially seemed the same (?!). The bathroom had VERY minimal amenities - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. I was hoping for at least a small bar of soap, the body wash barely took sunscreen off, it's one of those "barely lather body washes". For a 4-star hotel I was also hoping for q-tips, cotton balls, etc. Not that it's essential, but typically when you're charging $800+ per night, those things are very inexpensive and nice to have. The turndown was literally folding down the top layer of the duvet. No refreshed towels or slippers, etc. With the super slippery floors, slippers would have been great. For the price, we will absolutely stay at the Ritz or the new Four Seasons when it's built. The Inn of Fifth was nice, but just okay for the price.

Outstanding Receptionist, Luis.

Americal196 (Boston, Massachusetts) on Apr 07, 2024

Great location, a professional at the front desk, Luis. He was most helpful for us to extend our stay. A little too expensive. I would like to come back. Hope to get a special invite at lower rate. I live in Boca. I'm also a Army Vetersn with Purple Heart.
