Wonderful location in the heart of everything! Loved the extra amenities such as the gas bar b q grills available for use on the roof top or the pool table, corntoss games & giant screen TV in the common areas! Christieann ESPECIALLY made our trip delightful by being so kind, friendly and professional. She greated us by name & chatted as we came and went! We are already planning our return trip.

I enjoyed my stay. Christieann is a wonderful member of the front desk staff. I was there for five nights and she remembered my name each time I passed the desk. The hotel location is within walking distance to the beach and lots of shopping. Great place!

First time to Hawaii and we were not disappointed. We originally booked a studio but thought for our 10 day stay we might enjoy some extra space. Thanks to Sheryl and Danny at the front desk who were very accommodating we were able to upgrade to a one bedroom with an ocean view room. It’s was spacious (this isn’t a new hotel so a little out dated) but very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the roof top pool, sunshine all day long. Hot tub was nice and hot for the evenings and we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop on Friday night. We used the roof top BBQ area to have supper one night. They also have a club room with tables/couches/TV and pool table. We enjoyed this space to play some card games in the evenings. All the areas were clean and well maintained. Towels, beach chairs were all available for use at the front desk. We used parking for two days, lots of stalls available. We were able to walk to the zoo and aquarium. Diamond head is a short taxi/uber ride away. Public bus stop right across the street to take, we used it to get to Pearl Harbour. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Best of all the beach is just a short block out their side door. Staff special shoutout to Sheryl and Danny were helpful with all of our questions and always with a smile on their face. We were extremely happy with our stay at Pacific Monarch and will be recommending to friends and family. Great stay!

If you don't have a car, this is a great hotel to stay at. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking garage is VERY tight - might want to park somewhere else. Great balcony to sit and relax on or just let the breeze in. Comfy bed, nice table to eat at. Within walking distance of many great restaurants.

We loved staying at The Pacific Monarch! We stayed in an updated one bedroom suite on the 25th floor with an amazing ocean view! LOVED the view!! Also loved our large lanai too! Full kitchen was great to prepare meals! We requested daily housekeeping so that was an added bonus. Loved the rooftop pool & lemon water in the lobby! Newspaper, beach towels and chairs were great amenities too. Location was awesome! Just a couple minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping close too. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Hope some day to return!
