We were on the 4 floor. We did not know Reno’s were happening. Loud all day. No hot water for first 8 days. Old outdated small room. Finally we complained and were moved to a beautiful newer room. Pool is wonderful. Pool attendant Sanden was amazing. Staff very accommodating. Close to international marketplace. Definitely book newer rooms if booking

Ohana was great and the employees were super helpful, especially Angie from front desk. She answered our questions patiently and helped us to have a fresh start before the flight! She is very nice. The room was very nice which made us a happier stay!

Thanks a lot for your Hospitality!!! Are employees and office managers, they are through, thoughtful and never leave you with you questions. All time with good attitude and smiles, even they are has hard day. Helpful guys, literally I'll come back again here. Thank you again, Aloha Hawaii!!!

First time to Hawaii. Hotel was so clean and comfortable. Look past the renovations in the entry and the location is fabulous and so handy to everything. Girls at the front desk were sooo welcoming after our long flight from Down Under. Thankyou Tracy and Jessie for making us feel part of the local family. Amazing service and guidance. Our room was amazing - we were on Level 15 which was a renovated floor so all fresh and clean thanks to Joyce! Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much the bed was amazing and slept so well. The pool and gym at Ohana were so big. From Private cabanas to plenty of space poolside on sun lounges the setup was perfect. Very grateful to have stayed here. Well done team - your service was fabulous and we will see you next time. Gratitude from your Australian Girls?????

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated like old friends. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but did not impair visit in any way. The rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable after a big day (or night out). Will definitely be back.
