DISGUSTING, HORRIFIC, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE, DO. NOT. STAY HERE!

I could not have had a WORSE experience at the Linq. Mangement (Kit and Juanita in particular should be completley ASHAMED of themselves, the lack of compassion and disrespect they showed me was incredibly DISGUSTING and down right inhumane) Booked with Booking.com, confirmed with booking.com, After a 4AM start and 12 hour flight I go to check in and was told by the "staff" (Dororthey, should ALSO be reprimanded for her crappy "customer service") Waited for close to 45 minutes to check in with my father, who went before me and was asked if he wanted to upgrade his booking for additional costs, and then when I tried to check in minutes later only to be told the booking was cancelled with Booking.com, although the booking was still very much confirmed with Booking.com who advised they had in fact not cancelled the booking (I have this confirmed in wrtiting from booking.com), it was the Linq that cancelled the booking, even though Juanita, Kit and Dorothey told me, aggressively, it was in fact Booking.com who cancelled and was told they had sold out, even though Dorothey minutes before had tried to upsell my father. Bookings were still available on Trivago, even when i showed this to Juanita she told me there was nothing they could do to help me, this is when she called in her "manager' Kit who was incredibly rude and agressive, and offered absolutely no help, and when I became upset walked off and told me to leave. Without trying to help a single bit I was literally left homeless (at 8pm after attempting to check in at 4pm) This left me in a really difficult situation and left me out of pocket over $1000.00 AUD due to their incompetence and lies. My parents were not over happy with the hotel itself (I was fortunate/unfortunate not to experience the "amenities" at the "hotel" but was advised the hotel itself felt, dark, dingey, tired and unkept. There is literally a running stream of sewage water through the garage. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere more reputable like Treasure Island who actually made my stay in Vegas nice. Seriously, Kit, Juanita and Dorothey need some SERIOUS training in empathy and customer service. Completely disgusting!

Dissatisfied with my stay at the Linq. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds which is not what we have even though the front desk says they are. So be cautious when paying extra for a queen as it’s not really a queen bed at all but a full. I guess their full beds are really twin sized??
Stay somewhere else!!!

If you can find someone, they are rude. The bartenders are rude! We will never stay there again. Rooms are clean. The pool side is very loud!! They charge for everything including gym and hot tub. They charge $30 per night for parking. The coffee pot was $8 per night.
Overall, negative. If you are a smoker, you are in hog heaven.

Housekeeping non-existent unless you called down to get towels, etc. Otherwise, housekeeping never showed up. Trash built up in rooms. Broken thermostat never fixed even though we reported it twice on 2 different days. No one ever showed up to fix it. Band at ground level played to wee hours of the morning. We were on 17th floor and the sound still reverberated through the room. Difficult to sleep. No hot or cold water on the day we checked out! Obviously, no showers. And in case you don't know this, smokers are everywhere in Las Vegas. Casino smelled like an ashtry. Hotel service pretty much non-existent. IMHO The LINQ Promenade was about the only plus side to staying at this resort along with resonable room prices. I guess you get what you pay for. Would never go back.
Amazing concierge service

My friend and I have checked into the Linq yesterday and so far we have had a smooth sail without any problems. Our concierge app service Ivy is impeccable and has prevented us from standing in long lines for answers that the service readily is able to answer via text within 5 mins. I highly recommend rhe linq and will always use Ivy! From housekeeping to bills and any questions , she's got the answer and fast !
